Nothing to say about the service, but I didn't find the place clean, the display case for the pastries and biscuits was really dirty. The pasta I got was definitely not fresh, it was stale, really bad. Good cappuccino! It's March and they still have the Christmas decorations, that says a lot. I will never set foot there again

Superb patisserie/bar, a real find! Fabulous choice of pastries and desserts, a baba' also in maxi format upon reservation, delicious, among the best in the area. Excellent as a bar and aperitifs and lunch break, nice venue, courteous and professional staff. Highly recommended!

In a city like ours that is stingy with good pastry shops, this is the famous white fly! Good, rich and with a remarkable choice! Sunday breakfast here has an edge! P.s.: try the fried croissant, what a delight

One of the best bakeries in Pistoia! Looked historic and renovated. The cafe itself is whimsical with movie themes and statues. A wide selection of pastries to choose from. Pictured are some of the items we sampled. Kids loved the ones with fruits. Some items...we went for 2nd and 3rd helping! Service: it was self-service. We order upfront and pay, they put it out, we pick up, go in and sit. It was a casual dining experience with outside seating also.

Love the atmosphere and the pastries. The staff was very accommodating to allow me wandering into the dining area during the off hour.

The most expensive in the city and not even good pastry:( it was old. Service takes time and costs even more. The place is so nice !! It’s a pity.

My second time visiting in a four month period as I visit each time when visiting the lovely town of Pistoia. I have been very pleased with my choices and the desserts sooo delicious. Too bad there is not one here where I live in the United States. Btw, thank you for your hospitality. Will visit again when I return...

It is now my favorite place in Pistoia, to enjoy a good aperitif in peace and spending a reasonable price.... there is plenty of space and you can always find a free table to sit down, thanks also to the staff who promptly comes by to clear the table and clean. There is no table service, but I would say that it's fine, considering the more than honest prices and the good quality of the products. The team is made up of simple, smiling people with a great desire to do things. The park is certainly a plus point, both because you are outdoors and for those who come with children.

I don't know if they make the scones and pizzas but really compliments! Delicious, I always take one to eat at the table and take one home! The staff is very kind and carefully follows the needs of their customers! A strategic refreshment point within the magnificent Villone Puccini park. In the summer it is enchanting to sit at the tables, in front of a beautiful pine forest, sipping an iced drink and savoring a delicious pizza! Well deserved 5 stars!

Excellent quality for cakes and croissants. Agnese at the counter is amazing, always nice and gentle. A huge choice of mignon patisserie most of it genuinely hand made.

2 stars because the food is good otherwise I would have given one star. Exaggerated bill, 2 euros for a mignon is excessive, also I had said lactose-free cappuccino and on the bill it says 'soy' even though it wasn't, but oh well, the main problem is that if it's lactose-free it costs 30 cents more, I can't find it fair.

One of the few bars that offers gluten-free croissants. Delicious Pistachio Croissant. Slightly heated it becomes excellent. I had a very good latte. Very nice location. The staff is very kind, friendly and smiling. Every now and then I stop by to have breakfast alone or with someone. There are some very nice tables outside among the plants. Parking is in front of the bar or along the street. It's a pleasure to stop by you.🤝💜

MOVE ON! Slow and incompetent service, squalid aperitif (tasteless drinks and soft chips that have been open for who knows how many days), non-existent cleanliness and hygiene standards (not even a teaspoon in peanuts who knows how many hands have passed through them). Adding insult to injury: I took a tray of biscuits (not even very good) and even though I put in 8 they made me pay 10. Never again!!!

Out of the four times I came, twice the kitchen service was not guaranteed, and the last time there was a chef instead of the barman. If all services are not guaranteed they should say so before people sit down.

Everyone is so nice and patient here. The food and atmosphere is great. Try the Pistaccio brioche!

This place has a wonderful location (for those traveling by car, a nearby gas station will be very convenient), friendly staff and tourists are welcome here (if you, like me, are not a connoisseur of Italian cuisine, then be sure that they will help you with the choice no matter of you speak italian or not). The service is excellent, very clean (btw hygiene is especially important in the current covid situation). But since the review is about the restaurant, whatever you choose, be sure everything will be veeeeeery tasty! 😋Also note the presentation of the food. As soon as you see that the waiter is carrying your dish, you immediately want to eat it 🙂 Definitely recommend it!

Good food, very convenient to the highway, good service. Clean, updated interior and front patio. Great pit stop for lunch. They offer sit-down restaurant service as well as typical Italian bar service of sandwiches etc.

Thank you to the girl at the counter for being super helpful, on July 24th afternoon she helped us find a mechanic so we that fix our car and get home safely!

Totally unexpected roadside caffè with it's own brand merchandise..a sign that in this party of Pistoia there is an incredible industrial base.
