Amazing place to go if you are with a larger group - it's quite spacious and very cozy. We went there for a dinner and it was a nice experience. They also have quite some options to choose from, and a few vegetarian as well. I had the risotto and tiramisu. The risotto was quite nice, but it seemed a bit too oily and it needed some more salt (even though this can be a taste thing as well). Tiramisu was really good, and I liked the addition of a scoop of ice cream near it!

This place is amazing! We have a special needs child of 19 yrs of age! We wanted to enjoy diner with friends and for our son to have his special needs friend have diner with him at the same time, in a separate table so we all enjoyed our evening! The personnel went beyond their call of duty to make our evening a great one! Treated the kids as normal people, helping them all the way to choose their menu items and their drinks, being extra caring, they made our our night a great one! Great food! Great service! Great atmosphere and amazing people at the lead!! Special thanks to Richard, Cato and the whole team for our amazing experience!!!

Went for dinner with friends. We sat on the terrace facing the street on a sunny evening, sitting is comfortable, there are also heated cushions. Service was friendly, though the waiters were not up to date on ingredients and allergens. The food was okay- eet café style. Decent potty and presentation thought don’t expect haute cuisine. I have the feeling a lot is based on Hanos / Sligro products. Tarbot was good the accompanying fries could be crispier, the cod was bland.

Very good Greek restaurant. I do not know much about Greek food, but the foods served were quite delicious. Especially their seafood platter was excellent, though meat & poultry dish were also good. And the atmosphere in the restaurant was lively and relaxing. I think he was probably the owner of the restaurant, but he was very friendly and gave us a fun atmosphere.

Spacious restaurant with great food! People were really nice and welcoming. My greek friends brought us there and everything we ordered was tasty. Recommend the grilled lamb meat, fried calamari and warm feta!

Excellent food, staff is friendly, price is fair and the atmosphere is really good. But I waited 1h20 to get my food… I recommend despite that, and probably will be back. Edit: I came back and they were really fast this time. Food was amazing, became one of my favorites restaurants in Amsterdam.

By far the best Greek food on the planet and I lived in Rodos for over 6 months! In the past the service was a little slow. However, Zaki and the team have worked super hard to correct the tiny little flaws that they had. Back again this evening, service was unbelievable, restaurant was full yet we still had our food within 30 minutes. Amazing taste as always but with the upgraded service, unbelievable! If I could rate them 6 stars I would💙❤️🥰

I stayed there for the night on Saturday evening. The rooms are basic but get the job done (especially for the price). There is a bar downstairs where you can also eat, and the food was delicious. The place was buzzing with a lot of people who were served by the friendly staff. I stayed on the second floor and didn't hear the noise from downstairs.

I spent one night here last week, and I'm absolutely overjoyed that it was only one night. I don't expect much from a hotel, but this one had several shortcomings that I would consider to be an essential requirement for a hotel room. So here they are in roughly decreasing importance: Pillowcases would have been absolutely crucial. The pillow itself was definitely too stained to use it in itself. I had to pull a T-shirt over it to use it. My friends didn't have pillow covers either. The key card rarely worked on the first attempt, usually it took several tries for the door to open. I only had soap, I would have expected a separate shower gel or shampoo at least. (My friend didn't get soap, only shampoo. My other friend didn't get toilet paper.) The drawer/cupboard/shelf wasn't assembled. The coat hanger hooks weren't attached to the wall. There was a leakage between the shower head and the pipe, reducing the water pressure. There were only 2 electric outlets, far from the bed and the table, an extension cord was running across the center of the room. There was no bin lining in the bathroom bin. The bedside tables weren't next to the beds. Rusty patches on the bathroom floor. It was otherwise quite clean, as it wasn't dusty, and at least I had two toilet brushes.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Staff are all lovely and friendly but our room was low quality. A double room was 2 single beds awkwardly pushed together with a trench in the middle and 2 separate single duvets. Outside the room is very noisy even in evening time. There was a sink in the bedroom but the tap was cracked so turning it on made water spray out the side onto the floor. The bathroom and toilet are messy and not particularly well kept. We were also charged for our room twice and the staff all seemed happy to help but no one actually seemed able to do anything. All they could do was text a co-worker about it. 2 members of staff took our contact details down as well as a note about the problem and we emailed the hotel ourselves. Still haven't heard back and they've still got £150 more of our money than they should. Food is very expensive but is very good. Location has multiple nearby bus stops with good access to Amsterdam city centre. If not for the issue with the money, I would rate 3 stars. But charging customers over double the price of their stay and being unhelpful in remedying the situation is completely unprofessional and unacceptable and while such practices continue, I cannot recommend this establishment to anybody.

Cons/Things to keep in mind: There’s no elevator or ramp, the stairs are steep and narrow. it is going to be very difficult if you have large or heavy luggage. we asked an employee to help us by carrying the luggage up to our room. He carried the luggage up to our floor, but he visibly and very clearly did not want to do so, which didn’t make me feel great. There is no air conditioning, you will likely want to keep the window open, or run a fan or two. Only two outlets in the room, which we used for fans, meaning we couldn’t charge our phones or devices overnight. No private bathroom or shower. There is a single communal toilet and single communal shower, being shared by everyone on the floor, which is about 8 rooms Bedding was very stained. We stripped the sheets to check for bedbugs. There were no bedbugs thankfully, but i was so disturbed at how many stains are on the mattress, sheets, duvet, etc. Pros: relatively cheap close to airport staff was friendly checkin and checkout was fast and simple.

Horrible hotel, stay away. When we arrived, we got a smelly room without a fan nor ac( there was a heatwave)After we complained we got a room which was slightly better but when we returned from our visit to the Capital we found that they had moved our stuff to another room which was equally rubbish and had dirty pillows with no covers. Everything about this hotel is cheap and dirty.

The staff is AMAZING!!! My family were there and I called the hotel to ask for help to surprise them for a birthday. Samantha from the reception was amazing and did more than I could ever imagine!!! She sent chocolate and balloons to the room and made the stay really lovely! Thank you for making our stay feel like home!

Room was very clean, which is the most important criteria for me. It's about an 8 min drive to the airport and an Uber to Amsterdam central district is about 36 euros. I stayed a night for my flight. For airport access I recommend this location for price and cleanliness

First off, we had a good two nights stay at the hotel. The gyms equipment was really good. And a total plus was for me, I could go to the gym early in the morning or whenever I liked. What I missed were towls and a water fountain. For the whole experience that would be nice. The parking area is or was big. I guess around the hotel you could park for free. The room was big even for three people. I loved the mini refrigerator. I didn't quiet understand the indoors to the room next door but ok. For me the breakfast experience was kinda mehhh. Why. Still of course you can find something at the breakfast. But for a four star hotel it was in my opinion small. The staff could be brighter. I know not everyday is the same but once or twice a smile there in the early morning maybe brightens somebody's day. Yes you could order different dishes with eggs but that was the highlight and only highlight for me. Everything was small. Small bakery area, small variety of cheese and meat...cereals. only joghurt only one kinda milk and the fruit salat out of the can. Yes it's ok but for four star, that could be better. From the outside the hotel looks a little bit old. Nonetheless out time there was good and we would recommend a short stay at the hotel at any time.

At this hotel the staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel has a beautiful view of amstelveen.

Been coming here all my life, Classic place! The bowling is good and inexpensive, so are the drinks and the food. There are also pool tables and table football. Everything for a fun day out!

Bowling is OK, convenient as you can set the bumper up yourself. Table football sucks, only 2 balls came out, the receptionist does not know how many balls available. 2nd try, no ball came out.

Nice atmosphere, real fireplace, good fun for all ages and attentive staff. Family friendly for sure.

They don’t have the a la carte but all the food that we tried from the all you can eat menu was delicious. It’s not over spiced so you can still taste the meat. The sushi is also delicious.

Wow, all I can say is wow! Wondered into this restaurant assuming it was a basic all you can eat. Nope, not even close. 5 rounds, 4 dishes per round! Food was beautiful, service was fabulous. We didn't make the entire 5 courses but if we'd had more time we may well have. And great value for money. Would love to go again if I go back to Amsterdam

Good fresh food. We had a really good time there. Although the concept of charging for the food that was left not touched on the table is bit ridiculous - I understand idea of respecting the food and avoiding having left overs but then pack it for me for take away instead.

This is our favorite place for all you can eat sushi. Within this type of restaurant Fussia is by far the best. A wide range of food to chose from whether it is crispy fried prawns or creamy tasty sushi. The vegetable dishes are great! Sushi is really fresh. Service is great and the people make a lot of jokes. Don’t you dare to leave the place without ordering number 92: the fried custard bun. My all time favorite and out of this world! I will be back soon!!!

I arrived around 11pm and had a strong need to have to pee. I approach the till to close the bathroom before ordering food. The girl tells me the toilet is broken. I'm not stupid and I don't like being made fun of because I know very well that they close it earlier for their convenience. I often go to this Mc Donald's and I had already seen that they close the upstairs in the evening. It's a huge disservice to a restaurant chain like theirs, knowing moreover that, there isn't a public toilet in the whole of Amstelveen at that hour. I decided to order and save myself the trouble, also because I couldn't find anything else to dine. The waiting time was much longer than usual and I can't explain why since when they have more orders, they definitely serve earlier. Tonight oddly it was just my order! I start my dinner and there are an infinite number of midges that disturb me and I constantly have to chase them away with my hand... In short, there should also be a review of how they are placed at a sanitary level since there shouldn't be any midges in the restaurant. I have been working in catering for many years and I know very well the safety and hygiene rules. If next time I find the bathroom closed again then I won't go there again.

always don't put the right amount of sauces on delivery. I'm not talking about fries. The big one is filled like a small one. courier eats on the way?? And I say “hello” to the guy who smoked and didn't take off his apron. And didn’t wash hands after, right? What about hygiene, guys?🤢

I ordered an ice cream with peanuts and they only added cream, no caramel or anything for €2.95. My friend ordered a hamburger with only cheese without mustard and they added mustard, she is allergic.She also ordered an ice cream and they didn't add peanuts and they didn't give us a spoon, I had to eat the ice cream with my hands, outrageous, I won't come again

Not dinner today thanks to those guys! They send only the drinks so I paid 9€ so a guy from Moldavia can bring me 2 cola zero.

We went to Kokusai Amstelveen for diner. The Sushi boat has the chefs choice of sushi’s and sashimi. One min the vegetarian rice tasted fishy.

The food was outstanding, the place was so beautiful and the service was great, we will be back soon

Fresh sushi and friendly staff, the taste is okay but it can be more tasty! And I wished they had more sushi options

Serve very quick, people there is ok. Only thing is food is not good, salty, salmon and tuna is not fresh, some seafood even has sand in it. Lots of dishes need to pay extra, no fruit, ice cream needs to pay extra at least 6 euro. Bad experience.

We have been here a couple of times now and we generally go with the a la carte menu. Helpful staff , some of the dishes are quite pricey considering the food portions which are getting smaller. Still tastes good though!

Iconic Restaurant on the edge of the Amsterdam forest. Came here after a walk to get something to drink. We got some hot chocolate milk & shared a delicious cheesecake which I can highly recommend. Will come back some day for a proper dinner!

Went there to have dinner with colleagues. Staff was kind and the restaurant has a nice vibe. The highlight was the vegetarian sate; it was a nice portion with fries and the sate was very tasty.

I had a lets phraze it, a little accident in my dish, but the staff fixed it and they were very cool about it. In general food was very good, fries were amazing. I recomment the skewers I believe they are called. Tuna salad was not the best choice, but still good. Overall, very nice place to go with the family for eating. The view from the place is also nice.

A popular restaurant with a large outdoor seating. Casual and lively. Simple menu. Appetisers were good, but was a little disappointed with the beef sate.

We were visiting and heard great things and Loetje definitely did not disappoint. Only 4 stars as the beacon was OVERLY salty and it took forever just to get the bill and pay. Highly recommend if your visiting Amstelveen…have the steak, you won’t regret it!

Came here for the famous steak and gravy - very tasty as expected! Loved the original and the garlic version. We had to sit inside because of the weather and it was way too loud (not due to music though), that might be distracting. Our drink order came wrong but that’s okay for us and dessert menu never made it to our table, so it is busy there be aware😄

Great food, lovely atmosphere. Adequately priced. Pleasant service and nothing was too much of an ask. Great all round. Could get really busy at peak times. Right opposite a water front so after dinner we took a long casual walk.

We have been here several times and everytime the beef is just perfect! Try the hot Bali beef sauce! This time I tried avocado fries and what a nice surprise, super tastey. Wine selection is ok. Salad is good, hamburger big and delicious. Friet portion is too big, good for 3 people. Prices are normal. Our food came in an hour but servers were always smiling and they are all very friendly so no worries!

We went here for a team diner. It is a very nice and cosy place with a very open atmosphere. Staff is kind and helpful. Food quality is very good. I took the classic steak. They serve it with a lot of meat jus. We also shared a steak 0.0 to test the vegetarian option, very interesting: a plant based 3D printed steak. Taste and structure made me doubt if it was really like meat. Nice restaurant and worth a visit when you are around. René
