I came here for lunch and the food and service was good. I took the classical pork ribs and my wife chicken with rice. Food and service were OK, the place was clean, at the backyard they have some tables during the summer. However there is one bad point, no English at all. If you don't know a few words in Czech to order your food and drink, forget here. Payment accepted only cash.

The decoration is ok. The hermelin cheese was very nicely fried. The topinky for beer were also nice. Beer was good . Service was also good. We might came again.

Good beers are on tap. Cheap and tasty nakladany hermelin. Staff was kind and helpful. What else do you need?

We visited this place based on our last year experience and we weren’t disappointed. However we were bigger group they were very nice to us, food was great and beer no.1 :)

Small but awesome restaurant hidden on the border of woods. Great food and drinks. They even have their own brand of beer. It can bee a bit crowded at times as many of the locals like to come here for lunch or to chat over a pint of beer. Daily menu is served during weekdays around noon at a discount rate (circa 100 Kč). Especially enjoyable during summer when you can sit outside and watch the amazing view.

Modern style hotel, next to the SONO music centre, ideal place to stay & enjoy pretty interesting program or even join the 'afterparty'. Rooms are spacious, roof-top apartments with georgious view of the city

Just staying here. If you want to have a calm night DONT come here, ever. It's super super loud due to a venue next door. Even on a Sunday! Really bad for a 4 star hotel! Sorry, but how can you build a hotel next to a loud Club ?!?!?!?!?

We have arrived in the evening. The hotel is extremely noisy due to gigs - that evening there was a concert of a metal band. Also, the room was dark as cave without enough light. We have had to leave the hotel, but they charged us for the full price (booked via booking) and canceled it on Booking afterwards. So no chance to get reimbursement, give them a review on Booking.

Nice hotel in Brno, 30 mins walking to the center or less with the tram. Room comfortable and good breakfast in the morning. Receptionist very kind and helpful

Friendly staff, tasty food even though I browse the menu each time and am hesitant what to get. The beer is very good though. I can recommend thr semi dark Beránek. It's beer with a very nice taste and did not have much hints of a dark beer though. Very fresh. The restaurant is quite big, usually there is no problem getting a table without a reservation.

Lovely place for a dinner. A little disapointment was that the classical MIKI burger menu was changed... It was originally on the wood plate with two sauces and steak fries. Now it is without any aditional sauce, it is pitty, becasuse it was really great and original.

Well, funny is that overall rating is for former Miki pub... Now its Kometa pub and it is shadow comparing to what it used to be. Few choices in menu and very very very avarege gastronomy experience. Staff was pleasent but missed hospitality and seemed to be bored... Miki was many years my first choice in that area, but now .... RIP Miki pub.

No more Miki restaurant, but Kometa restaurant. Menu is smaller, beer only Starobrno but multiple types. Used to be best restaurant in neighborhood, now I see it just as an option.

Tasty food, quite wide offer for both vegetarians and meat-lovers. The only minus is that sometimes the staff is not as friendly and accommodating as I would imagine.

Food was good , both the fish and the steak ,however the guy on the cashier has some problems , when the other one is very polite. Will come again as I liked the food and the beer. There is trash bins outside of the restaurant but that is propably temporary as they are fixing the roads there. Toilets where clean.

Very good, dynamic restaurant. Serves all sorts of foods from burgers and pizza (which is highly recommended) to full course menus from home czech kitchen. Offers variety of very good beers. Tables a bit too small. Reservations highly recommended. It is very popular and always full. Prices are very very reasonable and portions and quality of meals is well above average.

A nice place, with luxury feel, crowded during lunch time, the staff is not as polite as would expect from such a place, the prices are above the average of the city but the portions are huge. In the case I will be in the area I will stop by but I wouldn’t go there as there is nothing special.

My favourite place for lunch, they do lunch specials, also pasta and pizza and more Czech dishes, fried cheese is a popular choice

First time I've been very disappointed in Brno re food. The beef quality is not good, - think wetherspoons (in the UK) standard, soggy bun and lettuce, sides are over salted. I asked for medium and it was over well done. Prices do not match what you get. Go to Uvozna instead, or burger inn, or soul bistro, basically not here. Also service was also slow and aircon not powerful enough.

Very lovely place, the decoration was nice and lovely and the food. I ordered a bbq burger and not only it looked delicious it also tasted delicious, they asked me if I want my meat medium rare or fully cooked burger absolutely juicy and filled with flavours and the drinks were on top. 10/10 would come again.

Service was excellent. Nevertheless, the food (burgers and steak tartare) was average for its price and the toasts were inedible (fried to death). Drinks were light-handed on the amount of spirits and unfortunately even coffee was not pleasant. Moreover, I know it's a restaurant focusing mainly on burgers but doppio should be double the espresso; however, even their menu states it has the same amount of coffee as in regular espresso, they just add more water like lungo, so extra money for nothing..

We had a burger from lunch menu and it was really delicious. I tried mint limonade and it was the best limonade in my whole life :)

The atmosphere at this bar is quite nice, thanks to the charming and joyful decoration. Prices are a bit high (beer is overpriced), specially given the location, but the quality of the burgers is excepcional. Aweomse taste, good presentation and good size. Would recommend book a table beforehand.

A truly dismal experience, I ordered a beer for starters, the waiter probably forgot about us. Then another waiter tossed a plate and covered my shoes with mayo. Still no beer so we left. The place is otherwise well liked but I won't try again anytime soon.

One of the best restaurants for me personally in Brno. Their service is good and the food is nice as well. They serve Pilsner mostly and some other beers as well. Best for hanging out with friends and family. I recommend their pork ribs and Panenka with pepper sauce.

We ordered pizza and waiting for 1 hour 15mins without the order, in the end we left without getting served, btw the restaurant was not full, another thing to note. 2 girls came after us and they ordered food and it was delivered, they finished their food as well and we were still waiting.. bad experience.

This place is cosy and very good atmosphere. Food quality is very good and the taste excellent. I visited this place many time but at my last i saw lots improvement. They have very good cocktails. I visit this place atleast once everytime i visit brno. They have very good pork ribs abd tacos. I recommend this place to everyone and suits for group of friends, partners, family and kids.

Nice cozy place with excellent quality food and good atmosphere. I had garlic soup with croutons and salad with pan seard prawns (there was a Spanish name for that which I did not remember). Both dishes were delicious, prawns were a bit salty to my taste though. The way they serve the dish was very interesting: eatable plate and a flower on top. I enjoyed the evening, so I'd recommend this place to visit.

We were there for concert of Tarja Turunen. The venue is not very big - just a mid way between a club and a large hall. It has a very good acoustic. For this event it was perfect!

Great place to stay. Nice walking to the city centre. There are some nice places around for lunch or beer.

Nice venue, just takes a while to leave because of queues for the cloakroom.

Very nicely designed space, spacious and comfortable. The stage is tastefully made and the acoustics are decent. They also serve drinks in glass, even during events. My impression was very good.
