We arrived 10 minutes before 9 and the lady told us that she stops at 9, but she let us order 3 pizzas and a drink, great service and very good food -> that's how it should look ;)

Whilst town was quiet this place was bustling with locals, always a good sign. Great value for money. Apart from normal, they also do (home made) very tasty gluten free pizza (€4.50 supplement). Yummy! The waitress (owner?) also speaks English. Update next day: not certain if it's me or gf pizza cross-contamination, but feeling a bit "glutened" since last night.

Great place and the food was delicios. I am really in love with this place. Healthy, fresh and beautiful italian recipes. The people who work there are very friendly, i was really impressed by that. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I will definitely come back.

The room was as I expected, clean and comfortable, at least if you like hard beds. The location was also good, not too far from the lift and close to the ski bus for the days when you don’t want to walk to the lift. The tickets for the bus could be bought in the reception. I can’t honestly write that the staff were very nice and friendly, some of them was the direct opposite , that is except for the young woman in the reception who was really gentle and helpful. The biggest disappointment was the food. I have travelled a lot in Italy and almost always the food is really good, but here it was just plain and boring.

A lovely classic old world Hotel, The staff are helpful and friendly, speaking mainly Italian. Although my single room was very small it was always very clean and the balcony views were beautiful.

Gordon Ramsey should be called, it would the best kitchen nightmare episode. Decent room but terrible dinner

We had a good stay just to e hotel is a bit old and the food not that great. Service ok but not special

The hotel is extremely outdated, looks like it has never been refurbished, everything is worn out. The worst thing about it was the room - it was above a pub with loud music. We asked the reception to swap rooms for a more quiet one - they said no more rooms are available, we checked online - multiple rooms are were still there. Do not stay there if you want to get some sleep after a long hiking day.

Cozy dining option in the area that was still open late at night. Really affordable prices for pizza that came with big portion sizes that most of us couldn't finish.

The first image was not very good, there were a lot of strange, probably local people sitting in the restaurant, but nothing bad happened the whole time and the service was not very pleasant in the beginning. We were pleasantly surprised by the gintonic offer - in the menu it takes up the whole page :-)!!! The food was great beyond expectations, fresh, excellently seasoned. The amazing experience was the gintonic - see photos. Spilled red wine the was also good. I give less stars for the service - maybe i understand that the season is ending ;-)

Good pizzas. Limited selection of other meals. Very, very fast service. Booking a table in advance strongly recommend since the place is not large.

Large underground restaurant with little atmosphere. 'Large' beer only 400ml, not 500. Waited 40mins for pizza we ordered. No apologies, only excuses. Pizza was OK, but not worth waiting for. Also reckon they overcharged us because we complained. Give this one a swerve!

Stumbled across this restaurant, hidden gem below the bar/cafe. Lovely service, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! The main course was delicious the desert was nice. The environment was good. Though, tables a little too close to each other by the bar. Otherwise, can't wait to return! 👌

We ate here tonight as the restaurant looked appealing with its outside covered area. We both ordered the burger option as we saw another diner being served this and it looked very nice. We asked the waiter for the burger to be well done as many European restaurants cook them medium rare. When the burger arrived and we cut into it the centre was very rare which was a disappointment. The food was tasteless and the time from ordering to the food arriving at the table suggested that the burger had been pre cooked. The staff were not particularly friendly, we were never asked how the meal was nor were we offered dessert or coffee. There is a €2 service charge per person which is in tiny text in the menu. Our two burgers and two drinks came to just under €60, don’t waste your money on this experience there are better options in the area.

Fast delivery, quick service and good food. Pizza looks and tastes very good. Combination of Italian and Austrian cuisine.

Absolutely terrible. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food and the table next to us got the same food earlier even when they ordered 20 minutes after us. The service was awful as well, the waitress got my meal wrong at first and didn't even apologize. The place was not even full and they did not have that much work to do. I'm really disappointed. When it comes to the food, It was not that bad, but the portions are way too small, we had to eat somewhere else in order to be full.

Best pizza in Dolomiti. Really one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Great neapolitan pizzas with good ingredients. Friendly staff and a lot of choices. Also the only restaurant opened the whole day to eat good food after you come from cycling or hiking hungry. Really recommend!

I had a confirmed reservation for 7pm. Due to the good weather the waiter decided to give the table to a couple instead of me. This is very unprofessional behavior. I have been a regular guest and I will definitely not tolerate this behavior. Also the food got worse and is below average. I can just recommend everyone to avoid this place.

Worst pizza I ever had in Italy! The lasagna and ravioli was average. We ordered Primavera Pizza which didn't have any tomato sauce base. It was not properly baked and had just pieces of mozzarella cheese and tomato put on the top. I was very disappointed with Pizzas as I can prepare a better pizza from scratch at home. I would suggest they use woodfire and bake the pizza accurately. We also ordered lasagna which was average. The bechamel sauce was also not up to the mark. I have also baked a better lasagna at home. They charged 9€ for 6 small pieces of coperto bread which usually comes complementary. The Ravioli Porcini was hot and stuffed nicely with cheese. The mustard and tomato paste gave it a different taste. There are many places nearby which offer much better food. I hope this helps the Kaisertube team. I wish I never visited this place ever. We simply left the restaurant to satiate our appetite in another restaurant.

Pizza’s were amazing (diavola, ham and fungy), pasta with shrimps also amazing. Beef Angus file was also great but side potatoes were awful it looks like they were cooked a week ago it was impossible even to dig with the fork :) we told the waitress about the potatoes but she said that, yes, chef knows it and still serving it for 30 euros :)) that’s pathetic. Not a bad place to take a pizza and grab some beer! But for anything more fancy avoid it !

I ordered a steak for 30 euros, the meat was ok but the side of potatoes was a week old boiled potatoes. When announced to the waitress, she literally rolled her eyes and said “yeah, oh well, the chef prefers it this way”. I have no further comments, they charge you as in the “laconda” modern gourmet restaurant but provide expired food with old school wooden benches and taxidermed goat heads. Do not recommend!

V good service not many customers but not rushed. A main plate for 6 on a windy day so limited skiing. Only caesarea said was a little disappointing. Rest of plates v tasty.

A fantastic meal with fantastic ambience & excellent service. The food was something like we have never had, very unique thought-out dishes with a great depth of flavour. We enjoyed the carpaccio & anchovies as starters. The trout tartar pasta and tomato guanciale pasta were also outstanding. The ribeye was cooked to perfection. Our waiter Boris was such a delight and made some excellent recommendations. Would definitely dine here again. The wine was phenomenal with Roberto’s expertise. All I can say is if you are thinking about dinning here, I would very much recommend it!

Best Dinner we had in a while. Their "Piattone" gastronomic dish from 1994 was so good, I couldn't decide, which thing in my plate was the best. Worth every penny.

A stylish and professional restaurant, that also delivers tasty and beautifully presented cuisine. Kitchen also serve hearty traditional mountain dishes. Management and the friendly, knowlegable team are always close by with helpful suggestions for wine pairings from a well stocked cellar.

We were 5 people and ordered 5 main dishes - everyone were fully satisfied. Highy recommended. They have a very wide choice of wines to match your taste and food.

A luxury restaurant without any pretentious atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable on both the food and wine on offer. The food was outstanding and the wine delicious.

Outstanding atmosphere. The staff is really friendly and the food is beyond expectations. It’s obvious that you have to make reservations if there is any sort of high season going on. We managed to grab a seat in the bar during rush hours but don’t expect to have a seat during busy nights without a reservation. Indulge in the speck and käse platter and the apfelstrudel and whatever wine is served. If this place doesn’t live up to your expectations for a bar/restaurant in the südtyrol, you have the wrong expectations.

The restaurant is not bad but can't say that it worth to visit. Waitress doesn't tell you that bread basket is not a compliment and you will have to pay for it later. The same with still water, that she brings even if you didn't ask. Water costs 3.50 and I believe it is not polite to mislead your guests... Food is good in general. As a compliment, you will receive one small hard candy for 2 persons. Enjoy!

I dont get the hype about this place. The food was pre-made since it was brought to our table within the first 3 minutes of ordering, the drinks came after 10 minutes. I had a beef salad, but don't be mislead by the name - it's not a salad but rather a bunch of meat with beans and onions, zero greens there. Gnocchi was okayish but it should be a starter, not a second course since its mushy and the taste becomes boring soon

- Super small (uncomfortable) - Super bad services (even rude sometimes) - They have 4 options in their menu, didn’t even have what to eat. - Food is not great. Basically they have enough customers and they don’t care anymore. That was my personal experience.

Nice place, right next to the first ski lift from Canazei. Perfect for family dinner or ski groups. Food is authentic italien. Don't expect fancy dishes but rather big tasty portions :)

Had a massive food poisoning and were forced to skip the next day skiing. Not recommend this place to anyone as it was also overpriced. (Ordered sausages with bread for a company of 5 with 1 person not having food. All 5 felt sick the whole night and the next day, not being able to eat anything after this place. The person that didn’t eat was the only one fine. Previous food was 8 hrs before at breakfast with no issues.)

Place is so close from the Canazei cabins that take you up to the mountains. Amazing cozy clean place, staff are so friendly. Asked for house wine which was so good and too much compared to its little price, and ordered pizza as well. Their artichoke pizza is amazing and mouthwatering, just didn't like the roasted capsicums in it. We also ordered the quatro fromaggi pizza and added hot salami to it, its taste was like heaven indeed. We were full yet didn't want to miss their authentic tiramissu which was more than great, rich in its creamy taste that we really didn't want it to be finished. A must try, there is a paid parking on the other side of the road so you will have to cross the street. Crowded during seasons but highly recommended.
