Both Monica and Vitorio are a real charm, they are attentive to everything and always with a smile, they are tireless workers. The food is amazingly good, there's nothing we've tried that we didn't like. The chicken, the ribs, the dumplings, the roasted vegetables, the desserts (they have new items every day)... all great. Without a doubt, it is a great option to eat at El Cruce or to pick up food there and eat at home.

First time we are going to try the grill and it has exceeded our expectations, excellent quality and service.

The second time I go and the experience is as good or more than the first. We ordered a grilled meat for 2 people that 3 or 4 can easily eat. The attention of the girl and the boy was great, very kind and attentive. The two times we have gone they have invited us to have some shots and to try a dessert. Reservations are required to eat there as there are only 3 tables. When you call they ask you what you are going to eat so they can save the food in case they run out (the place is mainly takeout). Highly recommended.

Hello, after years without going, since they gave me some rotten stuffed avocados. Cozy cafe, the owner Lourdes very friendly. I liked the coffee and the sandwich. The sweets and cakes are homemade and very delicious. I have repeated several times and it's great. We ordered some toast and a slice of cake for breakfast and everything was delicious! We can say that the toasts are some of the best we have ever eaten. Very friendly staff. If we return to the area, we will definitely return.

Three friends went to dinner tonight and we didn't expect to find this great place!! It has been a discovery!! All the food was fresh, made to order, the meat was of very good quality and the desserts were homemade!! Plus the price is very reasonable, for that money it's hard to find quality food like this!! Incredible! Let's not forget the wonderful attention of our new Galician friend!!

Everything is very good, I have wanted to try it for a long time and we finally dared to do it. The food was spectacular, especially the goat cheese burger with caramelized onion, a flavor for all the senses... One of the guys recommended it to us and it didn't fail. The food was good, but the place was dirty, not cleaned since the previous day (we were there shortly after opening), we had to change seats because the table turned out to be greasy and covered in crumbs. The worst thing was that they were repairing their scooter in the next room. Decide whether you serve food or act as a mechanic? Maybe you fry with the same oil as for the engine? All fine, friendly stuff but dissapointed as not possible to eat in the restaurant directly (only take away) despite open and empty. But the food was great taste ;-)

When you travel, of course you need food. Gran Canaria is no exception. Staying in Cruze de Arinaga gave me really value for money. I often choose the local places you only find in the map, not in the travel books. Ivan's Pizza Factory earn a place also in the books. They served pizza together with local beer that could not be better in Italy. Thanks

Expectacular

Last night we went to dinner after the changes made to the premises. It has been ideal. Another change is that you have to pay for the food at the bar when you go to order. The worst change without a doubt, the menu, do not go looking for the delicious salads they had, nor the skewers, nor the focaccias, nor many others, they do not always have lasagna and in the case of last night, it was not fresh, it was dry and the leaves were hard and on top of that, they no longer have desserts. I used to go down to Las Palmas up to twice a month to eat, but I don't think I go back again. It's a shame that changes are sometimes for the worse, as in this case. If something works and you like it...

I ordered a pizza with ham, shrimp, cheese and tomato and the truth is that it looks like frozen pizza from the hyperdyne put in the microwave, the dough thinner than a hair and chewy on top, the garlic bread with cheese is more like a cheese sandwich, not There is where to get it, honestly I don't ask for more, the only good thing is that the food came in 15 minutes

We ordered the vegan pizza and it was the worst pizza we ever ate. It was without tomato sauce and without cheese although we ordered it with cheese. It was very hard and dry. There should be beyond meat on it but they put sausage on it. No recommendation for the vegan pizza

We tried pizza and focaccia. Was really good! I saw also the presentation of the plates in the near tables and was very nice. It seems the chef wants to give his best. The service was polite, he knew the menu and he proposed my foccacia. They were fast. The fact that I don't put 5 stars is the decoration. 1.I hate fake plants and flowers. 2 you enter from a non sense heart. 3 then when you enter it's like an Irish pub and as you continue you get in to the jungle with gorillas and fake bamboos. Why? Just keep it simple 😊

The food is generally good, generous portions, and reasonably priced. The garlic focaccia quite large if a bit bland. The very rich and forceful warm salad is ideal to share. The 4 cheese and arizona pizza were good, the grilled brisket was also good quantity. Negative points: if you eat on the terrace, you will eat with flies even in the food. It was quite an exaggerated thing, many and uncomfortable. I understand that it is not a restaurant thing but they could put things to minimize them. On the other hand, the waitress was very nice and friendly but the young waiter with tattoos on his arm??? What an unpleasant person, we told him about the flies and he got defensive, we told him that there is a restaurant that let us eat indoors with the dog and he answers us in a bad way, in addition to charging us and not offering us a copy of the bill and leave us with the word in the mouth ... all rude.
