Good portions for a good price. The Cevapcici with goat cheese was especially well received. In fact everything with the goat cheese was very delicious. Banana split needed a sweeter banana. The other pfannkuchens were not too warm when they came out. Friendly service, friendly and cozy atmosphere, charming place.

Vanilla ice cream with hot raspberryes is amaizing and delicious hot and cold combination!! 👌🏼

Hidden gem! Nice private hotel, located in a small quiet village, only 15 minutes from Starnbergersee. Clean and cozy rooms, friendly staff, spoke English. Fresh breakfast every morning.

The best traditional German food that i have tried in whole Munich! Service was polite and could also speak in English!

Nice Greek restaurant. Tasty Greek food - Tsatsiki was very good, so were the Lamb cops. Friendly and quick service. And nice to get a table to sit outside. We were greeted with an Ouzo right at the start, made the dining experience even more enjoyable ;-)

These guys are scammers!! We order a glass of red wine, then they suggest some other wine, end up with double the price, added on some other orders that we didn’t want. Every time we went there, they try to upswell us, always end up more expensive than what we want. They feel smart charging us so much, but the fact is they are loosing our business forever. We will never go back ever again! Food is only mediocre, also why call it schnitzel, when it is only pork cutlet?? Do anything to avoid this place!

Cheapest pizza’s in Gauting. But don’t let that fool you about the quality which is excellent. Relatively small but efficient establishment, locals like the place very much for other items on the menu as well. As per 2020. Prices for the normal simple ones are 5€ - this is cheap when comparing to restaurants charging upwards of 13€ for the same. Friendly staff and preparation is about 5-10min.

Great pizza, and not expensive! Will definitely come back soon for it, especially after long walks. Unfortunately pasta is nothing special. Cheap spaghetti with some watery sauce.

I tried Quatro Formaggi as usual and it was nice I liked it. The small garden where you can sit is also quite cute. Prices are normal for Bayern Region. As far as i understood they have one size for the pizza. It is a nice place for a dinner ;)

Great, authentic Italian food! Both the pasta and pizza we ordered tasted wonderful, and portions were generous. We ordered Hawaiian pizza although it was not on the menu.

Very delicious and fresh Italian food. Pizzas are great, specially the ones with buffalo mozzarella. Service is great, you can definitely feel that they’re personally preparing every dish especially for you. Lunch menu is a great deal under the week, three courses for fair price, fresh and delicious.

This is one of the best garden centers in Munich for sure. All plants are of great quality and there are a lot of all things you can think of that you could need for your garden or balcony or living room. Amazing choice of seasonal decorations for apartment/house too. Already a lot of Christmas decoration in the story.

This is the best garden centre I have ever been in Bavaria. All kinds of plants and trees with many categories such as seasonal, indoor, outdoor garden, etc available and in high quality. Very tidy and beautifully decorated shop. Not only their plants and flowers, I also love their coffee, cakes and daily food menu. I and my husband like to go there at least one day per week if we are not traveling. Only thing we often have problem is cashiers took long time to find our customer account to collect points as they do not provide a card like Seebauer. It is more difficult as my German is still very basic to communicate and some of them can’t understand English. We have to remember the number by heart or write it down to show to the cashier.

Wow! What an amazing Garden Centre! I have driven past a number of times and always thought it looked amazing. We stopped here at the weekend and it is just as impressive inside. The selection of plants is great, from indoor, outdoor and cut flowers. There is also a shop selling fruit and veg and other home made products. The restaurant was pleasant, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great and catered for all tastes. We will definitely return here!

I was in Gauting and was looking for a bakery with delicious rolls in the morning. And lo and behold, you'll find it at Snackeria. They have fresh, delicious rolls, fruit, yoghurts, muesli, various cakes and much more. Just coming in is wonderful, when you can look at the goodies. Besides bread rolls, I chose fresh porridge. These can also be taken away. Each (were) porridge can be complemented with different toppings, such as blueberries, fresh fruit, coconut flakes, etc. The portions are sufficient and taste great. The portions are sufficient and taste really great. If you want, you can also sit on site, even work with your laptop. The prices are absolutely ok! I can only warmly recommend this place.

Great place to enjoy amazing cake and pastry. Its own bakery also offers a nice variety of bread and to-do sandwiches. Comfy to sit inside while having cake and coffee. Clean toilets, friendly staff and rarely crowded. It's relatively expensive IMO.

Nice place with better than average cakes (you can't really get good ones in Bavaria), but their Sacher cake is not authentic. Either offer the real one, or don't call it Sacher.

Kiefl Café offers everything your heart could desire on weekends and of course also on weekdays. If you are aiming to be in a garden center or on a forest walk with your dog, or if you are planning an attractive brunch with friends/relatives... Kiefl is the right place for many occasions. A rich breakfast with a variety of offers, quality coffee, sweets and bread to take away and more at a realistic price. Today I had the honor to visiting this Café with my family. Not only is the Café children friendly, but it is also pet friendly! You can enjoy your favorite Tea or quality coffee from 9 am in the morning! You will not leave here hungry or thirsty or regret the time and money invested. The staff is very professional and friendly. The food is very tempting and tasty. This is the place where details make the difference!

I love this cafe and restaurant. Food is delicious and high quality. Daily menus are creative. Cakes and coffee are very good too. Especially I love combining with buying flowers plants for our garden. We go there for lunch on Saturday, then we go around and buy the flowers and plants for an hour or so. Then we go back for cake and coffee. Only downside is I spend more than I want to each time I go there as cannot resist.

Pricey for its ordinary quality food (hot chocolate priced at 5,30€!). The man at the cafe reception was VERY RUDE and looked grumpy already the moment we went in. You don’t scold paying customers because we help pay for your salary!! Service very slow. When I called for reservation for 6, man on phone told me they can only seat us in their winter garden. I asked if it’s cold there, he said no because they close the roof shutter. The winter garden was only heated with overhead radiators, so we were cold at 10 C degrees. Imagine if the temperature was below zero. Overall, we did not enjoy the brunch which we looked forward to all week. I wish no one would make the same mistake as us.

This place is great for brunch! Very tasty food and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options, only exception is the pancake :( The staff also wasn’t very friendly, but in general it was ok.

The place was nice, the waiter was gentle, and the food was good. The only thing that I complain is about the ration of rice (It was litle for 2 person) and the Coke (they put the coke in a glas and you don't have the botle and the gas is gone)...

Good Chinese restaurant with as much as you can get close to authentic Chinese food. Prices are reasonable, especially during lunch hours. Service is friendly and helpful. The owners are actually from China. Nice location right next to the Würm stream with outside seating available. Reservation recommended in the evening.

First time we had dinner here, was super delicious, especially the duck ;). Next time we will take my friends and family to come here again. Yummy!!!

Not recommended. Generally this is a nice place to visit - convenient for a bicycle stop. Only go here for a beer thought, since the food is horrible. Today I had a Ox Burger which was cold, soggy and served in an old, dry bun and cold, dry french fries - for 15 €. This was truly the worst food I ever had in a Beergarden - in over 10 years living in Bavaria. I will never eat anything here again and advise you to do the same.

A lovely Beirgarten... everything looked so nice, live music, delicious smells, freshly baking bread, beer on tap.. and some more. BUT we couldn't partake in the experience as they don't accept card payments, so we went elsewhere and had delicious spareribs...

Great location, friendly staff and music events often. The food is consistently good, although not the best in Bavaria. This has become a regular stop for my wife and I.
