Average food, a bit pricy but amazing staff

I love this place. The staff is friendly and approachable, the waitress is super nice, makes sure that nothing is missing from each table and is very attentive to writing down everything in detail as to how the client wants it. THE PIZZAS ARE AMAZING! 🤤 Authentic Cuban pizza! And totally different from everything you find on the island. We tried the cake and vanilla ice cream canoe and it was super delicious. Good prices and even economical according to the quality of the food and service I recommend 100% We go at least once a month and it will continue to be that way. Congratulations to all staff.

Every month I go with my husband because the pizzas are exquisite. We have also tried the croquettes and they are delicious. Plus, the brunette waitress is great. He always treats us in the best way and gives off contagious joy. Super recommended.

I increase this place to 5 stars. The treatment and attention remains excellent. The pizzas are a true delight, typical Cuban pizza, the chicken croquettes are a true delight (CHICKEN) more chicken than dough. The cleanliness and hygiene of the entire premises in general, including the bathrooms, has increased considerably. Continue like this. RECOMMENDED💯

This is excellent traditional canarian food. If you are looking for something local, then this should be your choice. This is the best and cheapest food so far we had here, and we have been here now for a week.

Amazing place. Very tasty. Everything is fresh. Squids are the top. Always coming back to this place. It is simply, but I like such local places. The chairs are plastic. Inside is a bit hot. But anyway there you will find very good food. If you will sit outside- do not mix it with another restaurant. It’s tables are at the same areas.

Awesome spot for tapas and other eats. Both this spot and the one next door, Bar San Fermin are the same. Excellent service and the selection of tapas are highly recommended.

Second time here. First time, food was good. Service was ok. This second time food was not tasty, came served extremely fast, and i understood why the following day... Had a food intoxication. Its important to be extra careful with food here, particularly seafood, fish, and sauces.

If you don’t mind plastic chairs and the nearby traffic, this place has great food at very decent prices - we had a bunch of tapas that were all tasty. Service was good. So, not a place for a romantic dinner, but good value for money for sure.

Impressed! As an Asian, I'm fussy with the quality of food from my heritage. This one is worth a visit. Steamed Bao, duck curry and chai tea cake were highlights.

Best dinner we've had here so far. Recommend the three course menu which includes a drink and besides the high quality is also very good value for money. (€13,50) - mind you this is no burger, Pizza and fries joint. Also very friendly staff and nice to kids.

The food was tasty and according to my expectations, they have the best paella I tried in Gran Canaria, the flavour is rich and full. The order arrived quickly. The staff was polite. I ordered fish of the day which was unexpectedly almost one kg which I did not finish. There must be specifications about this as I had to pay 40€ for it. I reccomend the place

Good experience overall. We wanted to get some Canaria tapas and found this place near the 5* star hotels which could mean ‘tourist trap’. Although, we had a quite pleasant dinner. We ordered 5 different tapas and 2 cocktails ~ €50 for 2 people. All 5 tapas were great quality (especially the homemade croquetes), but the plancha de gambas, champiñones e jamon (photo with the orange sauce) wasn’t of our taste. Also the cocktails weren’t the best we have ever had as the flavor wasn’t great so I had to ask the waiter for more tequila as I couldn’t taste any alcohol on mine. He brought the entire bottle and started to pour in my glass haha - so 5* on service.

Tasty tapas in a great spot for atmosphere and people watching. Prices are reasonable and staff were friendly. We shared Canarian potatoes, fried cheese and aubergine with honey. Washed down with 2 beers it was less than €25 so very good value.

Probably the worst Burger I have ever had from A BK. It was greasy and really not very nice at all. I managed to eat half of it and threw the rest. The fries were OK

In the middle of a dead shopping center. Very quiet, food is normal Burger King level - so not very good.

Been here for 3 days and have been caught in too many tourist traps already. You can rely on BK, we both had whopper with cheese (minus tomato and pickle) and I was able to watch the chap prepare it. Excellent taste, great value and we were able to crack on with our day and avoid the nasty food elsewhere.

BK convenient for a quick snack, ice cream or soft drinks. Especially on a hot day!

Great place and good food

Popped in after a day on the gay beach. Very friendly staff, good atmosphere and decent prices. Thought it might be all German music but a welcome mix of Euro pop and lots of international classics from the 70s & 80s. Worth a visit for a cold beer after a hard day sunbathing.

It used to be better. Always a good time but food has worsened a lot. Now chips taste of fried fish. Not nice.

Had a blast! Meatballs and guys hot and juicy! Music I’ve never heard before like from another planet. From beginning to end a life transforming experience.

Mainly younger, German speaking crowd. Music- some 70's and 80's hits but mainly German schlagers. There can be a long waiting time to be served at the bar when it gets busy between 5- 7 pm. It's better when less busy. Much of attitude and not everyone is going to be happy about this. Very nice views from the windows (for the beach). Worth visiting and making your own opinion whether you like this place or not.

Well just to end my Sunday evening had to go down to this restaurant Well you can not go walk-in as this restaurant have pre reservations plus they will not wait for even 2 or 5 min if we run a bit late or stuck in traffic even after requesting them and calling them early as well But I must say the food was good too many options for vegetarians here Plus non-vegetarian food is excellent too much variety and a lovely taste we order dumplings and chicken rolls in veg we order tofu In all I would rate this place 3.5 it's crowded there is waiting only the waiters need to be a lil polite

Not the quality of real chinese food. Just common place to eat and not really coming back if you don't need. Such great opinions are a bit misleading.

Was here to carb load for Transgrancanaria race. Really cozy and nice servants. A lot of food for only 4€. Recommended 💯 Its a pleasure to eat here. Maybe hard to find, and in a basement, but you will be sure to be satisfied!

Hot, tasty food and always made to feel welcome. We always use the cafe when we use the motor home services at BP.

Clean place with friendly service and delicious food. Reasonable prices for what you get. Saccottini with pear was to die for. Delicious aperol and pistachio tiramisu too! Definitely going to come back before we leave Gran Canaria, a must visit if you're looking for food in Puerto Rico.

Lovely place really welcoming and good choices, my son is gluten free and vegan and due to multiple allergies. staff were very helpful and attentive when ordering food. Food was well priced and came in good time. My sons meal labeled with a little flag to show his was gluten free. We will definitely be back while we're on holiday.

Very friendly and helpful staff if you are "sin gluten". Everything can be made sin gluten, pizza, pasta, sauce etc. except the lasagna. I had the chickenbreast with mushroom sauce and mixed vegetables. The sauce was so tastefull and the vegetables perfectly sautéed. Was here twice in a week. Highly recommended.

We had a selection of starters here, garlic mushrooms, bruschetta, garlic prawns and a selection of cheeses. The food was really nice and so was the bottle of chianti. The service was very good and the waiters were very pleasant and attentive. I would recommend eating here and I will probably be back before I go home. I did come back for a second visit last night and I was not disappointed. The restaurant was very busy, we got there at 8.45pm but there were a few tables available. I had a pizza and my wife had meatballs with spaghetti. We went for the garlic mushrooms again as a starter and had the classic tiramisu for dessert and again the food was excellent. The waiters are excellent, they work hard, are very attentive and you can have a bit of banter with them. Some of the best waiting staff I have ever encountered. If you like good food and great service at a reasonable price don't hesitate to go here.

Bad bad bad service so slow and organised I have to 1000 of mc Donald’s but this is the worst ever call me if you need staff there can organise the restaurant also very dirty all the tables was full and 12 staff do nothing

Finally after renovation, modern look and new touchscreens fitted. Need to improve cleanliness especially at outside seating area (bins full of rubbish and dirty tables). Seating area is small so at busy time you may struggle to find empty space.

Decent place. Compared to UK’s McDonald’s this one was very clean (both toilets and even the kitchen seemed neat) The order came through quite quickly, despite the fact it was super busy

We grabbed a bite here to eat after getting onto the island on an early flight and having wanting to eat something familiar while strolling on the promenade. It seems that globally each restaurant received an upgrade except this one. The building this McDonald's was in, looked like a warehouse and the noise level inside confirmed said statement. The table and chairs and decor are outdated. It didn't even give off a nostalgic flair. It just looked sad. There was a pigeon which flew in. The staff did their best to get rid of it, but to have a dirty sickness riddend bird hanging above your head while eating isn't very appetizing. The food tasted almost like elsewhere. The chips however seemed a bit crispier than what one normally gets at a McDonald's. It's not a minus point for me as I like crispy chips but for real McDonald's fans it's not the authentic McDonald's food one is acquainted to. The staff weren't unfriendly but also not very friendly. They seemed to be there to do their jobs and that's that.
