Food was out of this world. Super super delicious! Food came out extremely quickly. We ordered filet mignon and golden shrimp combo with fried rice and the chicken teriyaki entree. California roll was tender and fresh. Fried rice was cooked perfection as well. Perfectly balanced overall. Excellent service. I really appreciate the attention to filling waters /drinks when necessary. Atmosphere was friendly and so is the staff.

Hibachi was great!! Staff was so friendly and tentative. We had a BLAST! Love how they sing for your birthday. Only downside to the atmosphere is the smoke/smell. Was a bit more than other Hibachi grills I’ve been to. Would definitely come again!!

My hunny & I went there for the first time on New Years Eve & it was surprisingly pretty empty. We got seated right away & everything from the service to our food was great. We had the whole hibachi to ourselves! Will go back again.

I've been coming here for years now, and I have yet to have anything but the most enjoyable meal and peaceful, friendly interactions with the wonderful staff! The food is tasty, and high quality, and the chefs make everything entertaining. If you haven't tried the Yum Yum sauce, you are missing out!

Makes a wonderful venue! We used it for a post-wedding rehearsal dinner. The appetizers were delicious, along with the entrees. I highly recommend the Pollo Parmisiana. Our waiter was very helpful and I wish I had his name. Would recommend

My girlfriend and I went here on a whim last night while on our way home. We were immediately greeted at the door and by multiple servers while being brought to our table. I first noted that the prices on the menu were very reasonable. But reasonable prices, paired with rich service and absolutely delightful plates are really what made this place phenomenal. Our waiter boxed everything up for us, made sure our waters were full at all times, and had the perfect combination of attentiveness while letting us be to enjoy our meal. Everything was authentic, fresh, and even though the restaurant was completely full, the table seemed to be full with food almost immediately. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. My only regret is not getting our servers name so I could truly give him the praise he deserves!!

Came for a birthday dinner. Had to move my reservation back 15 minutes, no problem. Drinks and food superb. Dessert for the birthday boy. Highly recommend.

Several dishes, while okay, lacked the depth of flavor one anticipates in Italian cuisine. The soup, though freshly prepared and not from a can, was basic in taste and missing the quintessential Italian spices that could have elevated it. Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant detracted from the overall comfort. Seated near the windows in an unheated area of the restaurant, the cold was a notable discomfort during my meal. This aspect of the dining environment could certainly use improvement, especially during colder months.In conclusion, while the service was a standout, the culinary experience and comfort of the dining space left room for improvement. The atmosphere was super lively and fun — it happened to be karaoke night 🎤🍻. Lots of smiles, good music, and a friendly crowd. The beer was excellent with a wide variety of house brews. The food was tasty, the portions were generous, and the service was fast and friendly. 💡 Tips for visitors: 1. You can book a table online through the Google Maps link, but I highly recommend calling to confirm by phone, since the online system sometimes shows no availability. 2. Parking is easy — you can leave your car in the back lot or at the bank parking area just to the left. 3. Definitely try several beers by ordering a beer flight — it’s the best way to find your favorite flavor. 🍺 4. Before ordering food, check out the brewery’s Instagram or photos on Google Maps — the menu doesn’t always give you a clear idea of what the dishes look like. 📸 5. Don’t forget to bring your driver’s license or ID — the security guard at the entrance checks your age. 🪪 A great place to spend an evening with friends and recharge with positive vibes. We’ll definitely be back!

Totally forgot to take pics of our food. Amazing vibe love the atmosphere. Hubby loving the beer.. First time trying cheese curds yummy but salty after eating alot! Our waitress was super sweet and friendly. We are here on vacation and thinking we might be back before we leave.

Mickey Finn’s Brewery is absolutely outstanding! I ordered the fish and chips and was blown away — perfectly crispy, golden batter on the outside with tender, flaky fish on the inside. Easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere. To top it off, I tried their Pineapple Train beer, and it was amazing — refreshing, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming. From the food to the drinks to the service, everything about my experience was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Mickey Finn’s to friends and family!

I was excited to try some of Mickey Finn’s new menu items in my hometown local establishment! I had the honeydew deuce-since I’ve been watching Wimbledon every night and it did not disappoint! Very tasty! Also tried the smash burger and fries! Delicious smash burger sauce, excellent toasted bun makes this a must menu item!! Service was great and able to get a table quickly during lunchtime! Can’t wait to return to try the Oktoberfest specials!

Love this restaurant. Staff is friendly and very attentive. Menu options are varied and can change with the season. Since it’s almost time for Oktoberfest, the beer and did menu offered related items. I ordered the Pretzel Logic Festbier, and we ordered the Hänchenschnitzel. Really very good! Enjoyed dining al fresco and had a really wonderful evening.

The food was delicious everything was nice and fine my waiter was so nice he helped me with the menu it was my first time there everybody is so polite the only thing I didn't like was the lettuce underneath the seaweed but besides that everything else was beautiful

Very good atmosphere and food. Nice space on Milwaukee Ave but parking can be hard to find. Service was good! Calamari was delicious. 1/2 order of fried rice with chicken was a great size for one person.

If you like seafood, I highly recommend this place. They have unique recipes and fresh ingredients , each dish has a beautiful presentation , and the taste is unforgettable. The black widow roll with scallops and black rice is delicious. The ocean drive roll is refreshing and light, and the cilantro adds a subtle fragrant taste. The Hamachi Carpaccio has the perfect level of spice. If you like soup, there are many options to choose from. My favorite soup is the Shumai soup, which comes with dumplings. The atmosphere is elegant and inviting, and the staff is attentive and friendly. There is a wide variety of cocktails to choose from. Visit this place , you will never regret it.

I have always really enjoyed the sushi at Shakou, it’s some of the best I’ve had. Unfortunately, the overall dining experience is overshadowed by one major problem: the music is so loud you can’t hear the person sitting across from you. My husband and I know two other couples who refuse to return for this exact reason. Sushi, for us, is about savoring the meal, slowing down, and having a good conversation. At shakou, that’s nearly impossible. On multiple visits, my friends, my brother, my husband, and I have all politely asked if the music could be turned down, only to be told, “It’s management’s choice and we will not do it.” If this is truly a company standard, then shame on them they should be listening to their customers. Most recently, we went for sushi at 5 PM, expecting a relaxed early dinner. Instead, it felt like we were in a nightclub. The volume was so overpowering it made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. The sushi is excellent, but with so many other great sushi options available, we’ll be choosing somewhere else in the future, someplace that values both flavor atmosphere

The food is phenomenal. When I have sushi, I always get spicy tuna roll. And this has to best spicy tuna roll I ever had. We ordered several signature rolls as well. All were unbelievable! Will definitely be back.

Maybe it was just us but for the price, our food was just okay, nothing special. Perhaps we just didn’t order the right things. However service was great and the decor (including the bathroom!!) was a lot of fun. This would probably be a better place for drinks & apps. Fun spot to hang with friends.

Cannot say enough great things about this place! We stopped in for dinner bc the pictures of the inside had such a fun vibe and it was the best decision to give this place a shot! Staff was fantastic, spicy mango margarita was amazing and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back again bc everything on the menu sounded so good!

We visited Firkin Gastropub last week by accident when the restaurant we were planning on going to closed early. What a wonderful accident as Firkin is wonderful. We arrived around 8pm on Tuesday evening. Their entrance is in the back of the restaurant so you have to walk down an alley that is well lit with outdoor seating fir the restaurant. We were seated immediately and took some time to explore the pretty vast menu. We ordered the Goat Cheese and Tomato Appetizer ($10), the Plain Pretzel ($9), 2 French Onion Soups ($7) and a small House Salad ($6). Everything was delicious. The Goat Cheese and Tomato appetizer was amazing and served with sliced baguette. Such wonderful full flavor, I think we would return just for this. The Plain Pretzel was big and soft, served with two different mustards for dipping. The French Onion Soup was a bit different tasting that what we are used to. It seemed to have more of a balsamic vinegar taste to it which we enjoyed but know that some may not enjoy as much. The House Salad was more than we could eat so we took it home for lunch the next day and it was tasty then. The dining room featured a long and fully stocked bar and there were several tables throughout. Kind of an eclectic decor with festive lighting above not too bright but bright enough to read the menu. Service was perfect, friendly and well done by Nikki B. We really recommend a visit to Firkin Gastropub.

Greeted warmly as we entered. We were served by Estelle who did a great job offering options and attending to our table. Delicious food, the bar has excellent draft options and the service was friendly and attentive. We’ll be back soon!

This place is one of those special restaurants. Had my 1st date with my girlfriend there 5 years ago. So whenever we go there it's a great time. Service is always great and the food is outstanding. They have a big menu with something for everyone. Last night, we didn't have a reservation, but the staff squeezed us in. Super nice and on brand for the level of service at this place. The French onion soup was tasty, and the 3 cheese pretzel was fabulous. The main course was the sausage platter. My favorite meal here, hands down. DO NOT SKIP THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA !!!

I love this please because it’s the first breakfast restaurant that I found that has a full Gluten Free menu. The food is delicious, amazing presentation and is always warm. Also the service is really quick!! I love hot chocolate and the one from here is amazing!! The people that work here are also amazing! We love the people in the front because they are always really polite. The servers are super friendly, polite and really nice! Our favorite waiter was Cesar, we can see that he loves his job. We loved our last experience in this restaurant because of him! Thank you Cesar! PS: I really recommend the Gluten Free Bacado Omelette!

Hello everyone! Thank you very much for reading my reviews! Our family loves traditional Sunday breakfasts! This cafe was recommended to us by friends. There are always a lot of guests here and this is a good indicator. We liked it, there are no frills here, it is ordinary home-cooked food, but of good quality. The coffee is good and this is a great miracle for Illinois. My advice: 1) be sure to make a table reservation online and come at the exact time, 2)read the menu online in advance and read reviews, 3) if you have small children - use the children's menu, 4) the portions are large and if you are on a diet, you can split a portion for two, 5) payment can be made by QR code, 6) you can come with babies, 7) if you do not find a free parking space, then use the free three-story parking opposite, 8) after a delicious breakfast, it is always great to walk in a small park in the center of Libertyville, it is a three-minute walk away.

The food was pretty good and the service was great. We enjoyed our meals. I had the chai tea latte with oat milk and it was the best part of my meal.

I am visiting from Melbourne, Australia and it was my first time here with my cousins and brother and brother in law. Customer service in America is always top notch every restaurant I go to. But food here was let down for me. I had the Texas style skillet- looks good on the menu but the taste was ok for me. I am not a chili person and this was a bit too spicy for me for brunch. The mocha drink I had was too sweet. Was surprised with the cream it had on. I am a mocha person but this was wayy too sweet, it’s like hershey’s chocolate drink and no coffee at all. Still enjoyed overall cos of the company!

Utterly disappointed. Love avocado toast because I like avocado… this toast had thinnest layer and no avocado flavor… for the price you pay I feel this was not worth it.. kind of feel nipped.. I did ask the waitress if this is really how they make the toast (with very thin almost non existent avocado) and she said yes. I showed her the dry edges. Be menus also not clean as they had crusty food on edges.

Everything was perfect – from the steak and chicken being cooked just right to the tasty sides. I’ve tried a lot of steakhouses recently, but this is the only one that got the doneness exactly the way I like it. The seasoning was spot on, and it was such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I love Jimmy's Charhouse. The staff is very friendly, professional and attentive. The food was very delicious. This is probably my 4th time back. I decided to bring my husband for his first time on his bday. He enjoyed it. He got the ribeye, very good size and price! And i got the chicken brochettes. I love this dish! I cannot stop ordering it. The rice is so fluffy and flavorful! Both the ribeye and chicken had that amazing char flavor. Really nice chill atmosphere here. Relaxing. Dim lights, good drinks, and not over the top, just a great place over all. I will be returning many more times. One of my favorite local places now.

We’ve been here numerous times over the years for many different occasions and NEVER have been disappointed!! My favorite: Chop Chop Grecian lamb/pork chop, medium rare, garlic mashed potatoes, and their Wedge Salad, paired with Pinot Grigio white wine and a glass of water. NO WAY you’d be disappointed.

Food was nothing special, some dishes were bad. Don’t order the french onion soup, and the mashed potatoes were very very garlicky. The Caprese salad was good. Our server was kind and friendly, but the kitchen took a really long time to cook the food. We had a reservation but they took 15 minutes to seat our party.

Service was excellent. Bryan was our server & he made us feel very welcomed. He was incredibly kind & warm to me & my husband who is a recent Navy graduate. Great talk with him & gave us recommendations to other areas in the city as we are new to Chicago. Restaurant overall was warm & calm. The lighting was incredibly romantic & I had the best time with my husband. Food was amazing & cooked to perfection. Would recommend calling for a reservation as it does seem to be very popular. Will definitely be going again.

First visit and this is some good Mexican Food. We ordered Casa Bonita Cheese Enchiladas with red sauce, served with rice and beans ($16.99) and Gringo Tacos (3 beef tacos with rice and beans) ($16.99). They also brought us chips and salsa. Everything was tasty. The salsa was chunky and was a little spicier than I usually enjoy but it was really good. The cheese enchiladas were made with white cheese but they were really tasty. I prefer them made with yellow cheese but these were really good. The rice and beans were also really tasty separately and mixed together like I have always done. The Gringo Tacos were soft flour tortillas with ground beef with taco seasoning, lettuce and tomato and also very good. Service was friendly and attentive. There is plenty of indoor seating with a combination of tables and booths. There is a bar with seating for 10 and there is seating on a wrap around patio that appears to be heated if needed and has glass garage door windows that can be raised in warmer weather.

I thought the food was very good. The service was excellent; we were seated right away and the waitress was right there to get our drinks and appetizer order. She checked in regularly and brought drinks and chip refills with no wait at all. We even ordered dessert which is rare because you usually get full but is fun to do anyway. Dessert was really good too!

Food is good but the portions are way too small for the prices. Plus they charge a 3% “hospitality” fee that most people probably don’t request to be removed because it’s only a few dollars, but it adds up. The meat portion in the fajitas is a joke. Can go to many other places nearby for same price but larger portions that are just as good. If you’re going to keep prices that high, add more meat before people stop coming!

The food and service is always fantastic! Casa Bonita has the best steak tacos! The margaritas and churros are delicious!

Staff very careful and respectful for vegetarian. Very good margaritas mix. Delicious freshly fried tortilla chips and salsa and drink makes it worth visiting, anytime.

Wonderful dining experiences. We were seated immediately and greeted right away. Sabrina was excellent giving suggestions. Service was awesome! Our table ordered skirt steak, sirloin and cod. All were cooked perfectly and all were delicious. We had an amazing time and will certainly visit again.

First time here. It's a really fun place with an extensive menu, great service and upbeat atmosphere. I had the Baja Fish tacos with rice and beans and my friend had a chicken wrap. The house red sangria is delicious. Update: Came back for another lunch. My companion had a chicken sandwich and I had the pulled pork. Both were great.

Decided on Austin’s from recommendations from family. Food and service is always great. The shrimp tacos are awesome! The atmosphere was a little loud for my liking.

Place was alright, reason why I came here is because I saw great google reviews but did not meet my expectations. I will say the food was delicious. Only reason why I give it 2 stars is because customer service was honestly real bad. Our server was not rude but was not courteous at all, she looked rushed, barely had a smile on her face, and we just felt unwelcomed. I work with customer service and know the importance of it to establish that connection with the business as well as that team member. We were also not checked up once by our server. Our server had another table in front of us and not once did she bother to real briefly check up on us even to ask how is the food. I had to wait to get a refill of water the same time I got the check because at that point I no longer wanted to be there. I don't think I will be coming back.

The parking lot is pretty big, I made 3 circles waiting for an empty spot. It's good for family dinner or the company of friends. Inside cozy and beautiful decorated. The service was fast, and the dishes were delicious. No kids' menu. The hamburger was served disassembled, which is not very convenient, especially when you had no plans to be a chef that evening. It would not be bad to choose such an option on your own.

Best breakfast I have had in a very long time! I cannot recommend this place enough! We stopped in a few weeks back while in town for a boot camp graduation, and we were blown away by the incredible food and service. My mom and I both ordered pancakes, expecting maybe 3 at most. Our server brought out a STACK of pancakes for each of us! We couldn’t believe how much food we got for the price! Everything was absolutely amazing. The pancakes were soft and pillowy, and the fruit was so fresh. The service was super quick; despite how busy they were, we were seated and waited on promptly! Wildberry, we need you in North Carolina!

Excellent breakfast place. Everything was delicious. Service was great. Place was busy, even on a Monday at 11am. But still got a seat right away for 7. Also had the Denver Skillet and Chocolate Chip Pancakes, not pictured. The Blueberry Danish Pancakes were very unique and some of the best breakfast I've ever had. We will be back.

Seriously, I enjoyed every part of my experience, the Oatmeal was excellent, Service FANTASTIC, and I sat outside on the patio for some really great atmosphere. It was super crowded/packed, but it was a Saturday morning, and I think the crowd speaks for itself. I enjoyed one of their seasonal iced lattes. I choose vegan mostly when I'm dinning out and this place had some great options, other than just oatmeal and salad.

We enjoyed Saturday brunch at Wildberry today. 🍓🫐Upon arriving the parking lot was packed, I was a little worried about the wait, but when I spoke with the hostess she said it'd only be a 10 minute wait for a table. She lied in the best way and we were called before my husband could get back from parking the car. 😂 Heather was our server and provided us with amazing service. She was kind, attentive, and answered all of our questions about the menu since it was our first time here. 😍 I went for their bacon & avocado toast with hash browns. 🥓🥑 It was good, but my eggs were poached hard which left me without the richness of the egg yolk that I think would have really leveled up the dish. I would order this again, but would ensure I remember to ask for them to be poached easy. The hash browns came out crispy to perfection! My husband ordered the slow roast brisket hash and it did not disappoint! While I didn't have any, he said "it was good, I liked it". (Man of few words.) He also ordered their berry bliss pancakes 🥞 and said "they are very good, actually." I did have to cut myself a slice and they were delicious! I love whatever they load the top with combined with the fresh berries!

Everything was outstanding! This place was awesome. We took our son here for breakfast after his overnight liberty from Great Lakes Navy. The food was phenomenal and quick to come to the table. The people were great. I can't say enough about this place. Go, you deffinately won't be disappointed. Wish we had one of these in Charleston. IHOP's got nothing on these guys! Thank you to everyone making this place function. You didn't disappoint! ❤️
