This place is very good overall, but what really sets it apart is the weekend all-you-can-eat breakfast, especially considering how affordable it is. Literally every item available was delicious! All homemade, hearty and a true representation of the region’s traditional old-style cuisine. I went two times this weekend and the selection was different each time, yet just as tasty. It’s something worth trying if you’re in Novi Sad over the weekend. Just make sure to save room for dessert! They are included and absolutely fantastic (floating island, plum dumplings, poppy seed noodles and more). The overall vibe of the place is great as well.

We went here for breakfast, and it felt like stepping into someone’s home! Some guests were playing the piano while others sang along, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The waiter was incredibly kind, and the food tasted like it was made by a loving mother. Even the restroom decor carried the same lived-in charm. It was such a delightful way to start our morning!

I came by after seeing reviews and found the buffet with some hot food items, one soup selection, salad and dessert bar for 1090RSD. Drinks are separate but large beer was cheap and credit card accepted. Venue has two floors for more private dining on top, while bottom floor has some smaller tables that felt like you were sitting with the guests beside you (might be a component if you're sensitive to smoking). Overall, good experience with friendly team and opportunity to try a few different items at an affordable price.

Came for the breakfast buffet. We asked for the menu and were told ordering from the menu is not possible during buffet hours, so we went with the buffet. That would have been fine — if the table next to us hadn’t been told the exact opposite and handed a menu. So which one is it? As for the food: there are no allergen labels, which makes no sense but ok. Also, since we were fasting that day and couldn’t eat meat and dairy, the options was very limited. Also, no one ever came to our table to take a drink order. The only interaction we had with staff was when we were at the buffet and asked about the menu and allergens. When I went to pay, the waitress asked where we were sitting. I replied that no one actually came to our table. Her response: “Oh, my colleagues must have forgotten.” No apology, no acknowledgment.

We came here for their open buffet breakfast, which is served between 8-11 am. A lot of delicious food in my plate for this price, you have to order a drink separately to eat from the buffet, but still a bargain!

Amazing food, excellent staff. We came for the buffet which starts from 1pm-5pm. Everyday there is a different cuisine from countries all around the world. We came for Greek food. It was delicious. Buffet is 790rsd per person.

A fairly cozy café. The coffee was delicious — strong and rich. The chicken tortilla, however, was a bit confusing: the filling was falling apart and not well mixed. There was zucchini in it, which seemed like an odd addition to chicken and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. Still, overall, not a bad place for a quick meal.

Pleasant small caffe restaurant hidden by small garden from main traffic. Good pricing and good fast snack. Usual hideaway for locals in the area.

We ordered a Large Pepperoni pizza from Donesi. Never seen a pepperoni pizza with only 2 or 3 pepperonis per slice. What we got I believe is a ham pizza instead. The main component was the ham. The slices were also huge we had to cut it ourselves. I understand they are busy but the manager shouldn’t allow pizza to be sent out like this. It’s a restaurant no no. What a funny pizza no one checks the food before it gets sent out.

Not so tasty like before. They are even more expensive and quality is not better than other pizza places. Not so great organization when its crowded. If they say 10mins, count it 20..Also, we ordered one big pizza to share with friends (3 of us) and pay for it 590din. Almost 200din.each of us, and when we opened it, it was so small, and pieces wasn't cut equal! Even smaller and it was more expensive than taking 3 pieces separately (180 each x 3 = 540) and they are way bigger! So no, definitely no more caribic pizza for us.

This is my favorite spot in Novi Sad. It has been around for almost 30 years, and I’ve been visiting it for nearly 25 of them. Throughout all these years, they’ve maintained exceptional quality. Their Banja Luka-style ćevapi are so flavorful and juicy that I haven’t had better ones even in Banja Luka itself. For the perfect pairing, I recommend adding a scoop of creamy kaymak, along with their excellent homemade sheep’s yogurt. It’s a true delight.

Banjalučki ćevap has very tasteful menu. It is very simple but what ever you order, you can't make a mistake. Every time I visit Novi Sad, I like to visit Banjalučki ćevap as well. This is place where you should take your friends.

I went here three times to have lunch/supper and both waiters that were at those hours were nice. Prices were really good for the quantity and quality of the food. We didn't have to wait to get a table since it's winter and not a lot of people go during this season to Novi Sad. You can try traditional Serbian dishes here! Opening hours for the restaurant are like 7-23h during weekdays and until 12am for the weekend. The best part is that you have two separate rooms for smokers and non-smokers (unless one of them is full). I totally recommend this place!

It's a budget friendly place, but nothing luxurious. Food was tasty, local dishes, a little bit old fashioned restaurant. It's located in the city center, so that's nice.

Yesterday I went with my wife and a friend for dinner. We enjoyed a lot. We ordered Calamari, Breaded cheese, Cevapi, kajmak, a Serbian salad and some dessert. We really liked it. Atmosphere is great outside in a very very pretty terrace. Some Serbian music on the back qhile having dinner. Waiter was nice and food also. I totally recommend it. Will go back.

Restaurant Fountain is located right in the center of Novi Sad, but it is tucked away enough to offer a peaceful atmosphere, away from the usual city noise. The garden area is charming and well-maintained, making it a great place to sit and enjoy a meal. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, and everything I have tried so far has been fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, which adds to the pleasant experience. I stayed at this hotel in September 2021. It was truly clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was rich and varied. Overall, it was more than sufficient in every aspect. Currently, I’m staying at Leopold Hotel and honestly, I deeply regret it. Since I arrived, I’ve had to kill two bugs in my room, and the breakfast is very poor. Cleanliness and breakfast are the most important things for me, and this hotel definitely delivered on both. Plus, the location is fantastic! There’s no need to seek more adventure or look for something better this hotel has everything you need.

I ate lunch once here and the place is quite big (it has two floors and then a pub zone). I didn't have to wait to get a table (even though there were a lot of people at that time) and the waiter was very nice. The price was good for its location in the city centre (it's in one of the main streets).

The restaurant was on the main road in the old town which adds a lot to the atmosphere. The food was okay. Especially the pizza was not that social in my opinion. My girlfriend got mushroom turkey lasagna with Gorgonzola which was very tasty and a had a creamy and rich flavour. And wine was good too. The service was very friendly. Can recommend!

Many options to vegetarians and not vegetarians. The food is really fresh and tasty in good size. The place is comfortable and have good options from a great coffee to a full meal.

Beautiful place, delicious meals and cozy both places outside and inside. Service is a little bit slow (for the number of people who were sitting in the restaurant). But the meal was perfect and left good impressions. Recommend if you want to have lunch or dinner right in the city center of Novi Sad and have a really good time with your friends or family.

The experience was amazing. Pljeskavica was very good, as well as the cevapi. The french fries are homemade, which makes them very tasty. The prices are ok and the location is very beautiful. Everything is traditional and rustic, from the interior of the restaurant to the live music being occasionally played by the band. I recommend this restaurant to everyone that wants an authentic Serbian experience!

I visited Novi Sad for two nights and tried Lazin Salas for lunch at the recommendation of my AirBnB host…my friend and I absolutely loved it! So much so that we came back for lunch again on our second and final day in the city. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced and service was also top notch! If I had to make one recommendation, I do wish their wine by the glass was a little better and I would have been willing to pay more for a better glass… but my experience here was too good to subtract a star…5/5 and I highly recommend.

The best: live music while having dinner. Environment here is the best, good deco and live musicians. Music can be loud. Food is good too. Had a chicken salad 🥗 that was tasty. Portions are normal size.

Our visit to this restaurant was one of the best experiences we had in Serbia. While on a tour to Novi Sad, we discovered this hidden gem while searching for a place to have lunch. The food was incredibly delicious—simple and just like home-cooked meals. The decor of the place was impressive, resembling a charming village house that you can't help but admire every detail of. But what really made our experience memorable was the waiter. Despite his limited English, his sincere efforts to communicate with us were endearing and heartwarming. He was incredibly kind-hearted. This restaurant stands out as one of the highlights of our dining adventures in Serbia.

Always fun exploring other country's McDonalds. It's a pretty good McDonalds overall. The food tastes pretty fresh and of a decent quality. Significantly better in the way it's put together compared to back home. Fries are good as well.

Nicely arranged McCafé (McDonald’s) next to the Novi Sad bus station. Although the space feels a bit compact, it is used efficiently. Ordering is quick and convenient thanks to four self-service terminals, which is more than enough for a place of this size. Card payment is available. There is a small parking area nearby, but it is often full. A drive-in option is also available for ordering directly from your car. Restrooms are decent and protected by a door code. Just note that the lock indicator may be misleading—it showed occupied when the toilet was actually free, so it is worth checking instead of waiting. Overall, a solid place to relax or grab a quick bite on the go.

Good service, food is nice and in my own experience always fresh. Atmosphere is nice. Open and clean and never to busy in there. The last time I had a drink in there it was Serbia's new years eve and the vibe was very festive. Probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to.

McDonald's have more less same quality everywhere, but this place really bugs me. Service is slow and they NEVER EVER have any toys for the Happy Meal. It's frustrating to come with children and than you mist explain to them that some things aren't available.

The workers are very unpleasant and always in a bad mood. They never never do anything on time, if you are planning to pay with cash don't even bother because you will be waiting for at least 15 minutes for someone to show up. The atmosphere is very unpleasant as well, trash is everywhere and the toilet is unbearable. The food comes cold and stale and you DO NOT get your money's worth.

We only take pizza to go so I never been in the restaurant, but looks nice. They are making good pizzas and they are working 24/7 and 365 days in year. A lot of different tipes of pizzas are available and in 3 sizes. Tasty pizza.

The pizza is not fantastic and is expensive but the place is nice, the waitress very kind and, most important of all, there are a few no smoking tables near the door. In the menu, besides the pizza, there are nice side salads, pancerotos, pancakes... which are cheaper and more interesting than the pizza.

Every time I'm in Novi Sad, I have to visit this place. It became almost like a tradition. I always have pancerota - it's like a salty doughnut. They also have a vegetarian option. The best part is that you get their homemade ketchup with it. Super cheap and delicious.
