Very good customer service, busy place, nice atmosphere. Service is quite fast and well organised, food is tasty and portions are well sized.

Wanted to dine in. One waitress wanted to show us our seats when another one jumped in asked us what nationality we are. As we said we are from Germany she immediately said they are closed ‼️ WTH? She brought other food just a second earlier ‼️ Never in all our travels ( and we are visiting our Sicilian family ‼️‼️) we were treated this way. Never had I luckily face racism , but this is next level! Do not go there 🤬

Old Wild West at Forum is the best in the city. The food, though an imitation of American steakhouses, is really good and usually served quite quickly. Since they have a wide selection it can also be pretty affordable as you can eat for 10 or 40 depending on what you get. The far west ambiance is fun, especially for kids. However, the staff is what sets it apart from any other OWW in Palermo. They are all incredibly friendly and professional and fun to talk to. The maitre is skilled and manages everything with a smile. We choose it for date night and it's always worth it.

We ate with the family. Hamburgers weren't very tasty and salad was poorly made. No any gluten free options. Staff were rude and I had to even ask for forks and knives which I consider normal to put in the table when you eat. Far from American cuisine. Expensive for that quality. Only good thing was that music wasn't too loud and place was calm.

Great place to eat a nice burger or steak in a ''old wild west'' atmosphare.

I expect nothing from mcDonalds except the basic service, but still left dissapointed. Food was dry, fries were served cold. Several items were forgotten. It took 20 minutes of waiting before the order was ready. I do not blame the employees. It was a nightshift and working at the mac will kill anyones soul. The lack of will/passion to do the work right, is the fault of the company and the culture it creates.

Food tasted better than other countries I have tried. However, the hygiene should be improved. I got the tray with dirt from sauce or ice-cream serving my food.

Playground for children dirty inside with lots of trash and graffiti, marker writings . Not recommend to let kids go inside.

Both the burgers (Big Mac) and the fries was cold and sloppy! Had been laying around for too long and was not fresh! If my Italian had been better I would’ve complained, but speaking zero Italian, and the lady behind the counter speaking zero English it was not a battle I was ready to get myself into...

It's a McDonald, it's open 24h: you can drive through it and while you do that you can also order some food. It's basically a place where you go when you're just starving or just following your inner impetus to scoff everything down to the bottom of your stomach. It's basically a McDonald Drive. In Palermo.

How this place is permitted to carry the McDonald’s name/brand… the place is a DUMP. ALWAYS busy and full of noisy and raucous teenagers. There’s always mess around and hardly any clean places to sit. Litter and waste is being blown across the car park from this venue. And verminous pigeons feasting of food that’s been left. On todays visit there’s no numbers to take on the self-service. An absolute disgrace to the McDonald’s brand.

Ordered 4 burgers, 6 nuggets, and a 20 piece nugget, but they forgot the 20 piece nuggets. Always check. Edit: they forgot the tasty basket as well (around $24 Euro for everything missing). By the time we drove back to the Airbnb I forgot we ordered that at all, but noticed it wasn't even there after checking the receipt...

Nice place. A typical McDonald's only in an unusual building. Not busy either so no waiting

If you are looking for relatively cheap and trusty food in Palermo,this is it. But prepare for noise and too many people around. Take food with you, inside is always hot.

Well, go there for excellent sicily food. For example "Aranchina" it looks like potato but it's fried ball of rice filled by mozzarella and prosciuto. It's great !!! Nice place and prices are fine.

The food and coffee were both very good! Out of all the breakfast spots we tried this was the overall best. The staff was very helpful even though we spoke terrible Italian and had to communicate with hand gestures. Very professional and welcoming.

Simply one of the best in Palermo for whatever concerns pastry, fried salty stuff such as arancine (yes, it's femminine) and calzoni. Also ice cream worth trying.

I got a martinia burger and it was way too much for me. They make good food with bad combinations. I would suggest steaks or pizza. They have good service

They offer many dishes but none of them are great. We came here two times and we tried 4 dishes — pizza, stinco di maiale, cotoletta bbq, and the angus steak. Stinco di maiale was the best of them but still quite tough to chew. It’s also quite crowded inside and the prices are high

Lovely food and absolutely recommended! Service is only great though once the owners are at the restaurant. we've visited 3 times in total and on two occasions (mondays) the service was sloppy, food was not served in a timely manner ( my partner had to wait 8mins for her pasta), served wine but no glasses and we've seen unhappy customers disappointed around us. Definitely the place is missing it's head once they're not on-site. Overall food and atmosphere wins it but I would question capabilities of the the covering management.

Wow what an incredible surprise this was. Highly recommend coming to this local place for dinner. They're specialised in meat (but their menu is huge!). Filled potatoes are also a must. Book online as they do get fully booked.

OMG❤️ best sicilian gastro experience! We ate stuffed potato and cheese+cutlet plate for starters and both of them were amazing! Rigatoni with meatballs was just perfect. Pasta was cooked perfectly, tomato sauce was epic and the meatballs were light, delightful and tasty. It is a traditional place so if you want to taste the real italian cuisine, do not miss this place🇮🇹

Tasty sweets and crunchy biscuits . Bread is one of the bread I've ever tasted Italy wide . Only coffee sold here could be better : improve your coffee and I'll surely turn my marks into a five-star review 😉

Good place if you want to grab a quick bite. Friendly staff and good service. Food was good. We had piadinas and they were very tasty. Also the gelatto was pretty good.

One of the great pleaces im the city to take a snack, lunch or aperitive. I can say that i tried almost all the menu they have and its very good done. If you search a traditional pezzi or want to take just a coffee with a cornetto or youre a sweet tooth quartararo is the place to go!

I was here the first time more than 40 years ago with my dad. At that time, I was asking why no waiter provided the menu or was asking for drinks. Two years ago and yesterday I was here again. What an experience to see the same concept still working. Just fantastic. To me one of the most amazing restaurants on earth.

The food is very good. The fixed menu might be considered a limitation by Many people. However, 8 starters, 3 tastes of first plates, 2 second dishes, sorbetto, coffe and white wine with water with free refill is an amazing deal. The location is good too. I will post some photos, however we were starving and we forgot to take pics at the beginning of each plate.

Before going here, I read some reviews, and I appreciate some tips like having a good appetite before going there. I absolutely recommend going here and as well don't eat anything at least 2 days before. The personnel is very kind, very efficient. They'll bring you water and wine as much as you want. Then the food will just bring you every kind of delicious food. Is everything seafood base. But I have noticed that there were few people eating meat. So you can have everything you want. You can have mineral water or sparkling water and white wine. And the restaurant is always full and I can tell you why. It is one of the best places I have ever eaten before. And it will always be full so I highly recommend booking beforehand. We have booked a couple of days before, and we have received a call just to confirm that we are attending the restaurant.

35 euro for a fixed sea food menu . 9 types of appetizer 3 primi and 2 secondi and a vine and water and dessert and coffee or amaro are all included. Service is very good. The amount and price is reasonable but the taste and cooking I can say I have tried much better trattorias in Italy.

Really bad experience! The head waiter wouldn’t let me eat a gelato in the veranda while my dining companion was having his meal. We even offered to order two portions of food just so I could have my brioche with gelato, but he still refused. I understand that during lunchtime the veranda is probably more profitable for the company if used for bigger meals, but I found it very disappointing that I had to sit there with nothing while the other person ate, and then eat my brioche outside in a corner afterwards. Very disappointing and unfriendly service.

This place has two sections - sit-down lunch/dinner and snacks. Wide selection of ice cream, sweets, sandwiches, coffee & cocktails. Everything here is of great quality and taste. The pistachio muffins are really awesome. Irish coffee was superbly made and perfect taste. The selection of savory snacks is focused on the daily staples like arancini, cheese and ham sandwiches, salads etc. Yup. Give this spot a shot and you won’t be disappointed.

The ice cream was delicious. The coffee was good. I didn’t try the savory items, as they didn’t open my appetite. The place was busy. The cashier was polite and friendly, but the barista was rude as he didn’t want me to take pictures! There are two sections in the cafe, a section for dine in and another one for pickup.

Probably the best seafood salad I've ever eaten. It's a big dish, which I didn't expect when I ordered this snack 😅 They also have good arancine!

Service here was slow and a bit impersonal. I ordered a few premade items that just needed warming up, but it still took about 30 minutes for anything to arrive. The food was pretty good, but the overall experience felt mechanical and lacked any sense of warmth or attentiveness.

I went there for the Panino Con La Milza E Formaggio and it was great! I like the local too, it looks like an old traditional style. I enjoyed it!

We had just arrived in town and our Airbnb host suggested we head down to this place for a quick dinner. We were just going to have a cocktail and an appetizer but ended up having the shrimp linguine with pesto and I had ordered the rice balls sample, but ended up getting a different sampler plate, which I enjoyed. Their service was quick and the food arrived fast. Everything was warm and when I flagged the server over to question my meal, she explained each of the different rice balls that I had received and the items on the plate. The setting is a small square right front of the cathedral. The only two negatives were the panhandlers that were coming through either playing music begging for money or selling flowers or just begging for money and the second being as I remember on a previous trip to Italy there is a cover charge per person and this was three euros each. Remember no tipping necessary.

Partner and I were on the way to another restaurant to have some pizza. On our way, we were swayed by the sight of a gorgeous piazza full of customers and an attractive menu. We decided to sit and I ordered the Burrata salad and the aubergine pane (a bread roll with slices of aubergine). My partner ordered the “Sicilian” steak and a side of potatoes. Our orders were taken and then within 10 minutes, brought out in a plastic cloche which we could see was placed on a nearby table before being brought to us a further 5 minutes later. Unfortunately, the salad was extremely bland and the tomatoes hardly ripened. The salad arrived with a tiny bit of basil and some dried oregano, topped with burrata. The pane/roll was oily and again, very bland to the taste. My partners steak and potatoes were also under-seasoned and oily. We were hungry so did eat our food but left half of our meals on our plate. We complained about the dishes on paying, however the staff advised it was “not possible” to amend the total bill and offered no apology. We reluctantly paid the €52 bill and will not be returning.
