Very good. I like the buns of the burger. Although the Classica could use a bit more sauce (maybe ask if customer wants ketchup or mayo) as it tends to feel dry.

Absolutely delicious burgers and crepes! There is a one-man-band working there, doing everything…he’s a machine! He did seat us, present us the menu, cooked and served the food in record time. Just amazing!

Amazing place, hidden Andorra gem

After traveling the world, this is the type of place that is so hard to find. Authentic, special, and utterly charming. What a splendid and relaxing mountain retreat. A perfect place to stay while visiting Andorra. Plus, the restaurant itself is stellar. The hosts are accommodating and kind.

This is the most stunningly beautiful and welcoming hotel I've ever been to. Incredible location, absolute peace and quiet in the mountains, wonderful hosts, beautiful clean white rooms. What more could you want? The food is made by the hosts and it's delicious. Best onion soup we've ever had! They also made us a lunch box to take up the mountain when we went for a walk in the snow. Had a magical few days here. Huge thank you to the hosts (and the barn cats!) for being so friendly and making our stay amazing. Don't forget your snow chains in winter as it's up a very steep winding road and it does snow!

This is SUCH a lovely place to stay! We were the only pair there the first night and the couple who owns the place stayed up late to check us in. They were so kind and helpful and catered to our every need, including by making us the most delicious meals! The views are amazing and the experience is so calming. And the place is SO cheap! If you have a car and can make it here on your trip to Andorra, you should.

Everything was perfectly fine in the past: service, food. But today they have throwed out my wife and daughter, during the Summer heat, just because they wanted to order beverages without any food. That's a shame for such a place. Wouldn't believe that this may happen in Andorra if that would be someone else. But that happened and police couldn't do anything!!!

Kind service and good food for reasonable price. We came back here to eat, and still the best in the town.

Pasta was very good, but both the endive salad and the pork in lemon sauce was excellent. Also got a takeout pizza that was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. Hope to visit again someday.

Food was very nice, tasty and full of flavour. We had the nachos, tortilla ( which was absolutely amazing) and a mozzarella and tomato salad ( super good as well). Generally great experience, a little bit pricey but manageable.

Staff is friendly. Food is delicious, we ate salad with duck, chicken strips, steak. Here is wide range of desserts. For Friday and Saturday better make reservations

Only two stars because the waiting times were endless for both meals and the bill. The bar was full inside and outside, and the waitresses just couldn’t keep up with all the customers and orders. A pity because the food was good. Almost 2 hours spent just waiting around.

I usually don't write a lot of reviews but today I had the best goat cheese salad ever .... so: should you be in the area: go there and grab a bite! So delicious!!

I really wanted to like this place. The Ambiente wasn’t really my style but just tried to enjoy it. The server was very stressed out and rather upset. When we got our food it was undercooked. It took a while to get her attention to fix it. When the food came back, we both ate it and went out merry way. Well we both got very bad food poisoning. My husband was fainting and shivering and throwing up all the way home to Barcelona. Once we made it home I started to feel the same. I really think the employees were overworked and stressed. Yet I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

Super friendly hotel everyone was so friendly the waiter for the Evening meal was absolutely fantastic and a really nice guy. The food was very good and very well priced good views of Andorra aswell. Added bonus there are cats there so if you are on Holiday and miss your pets you can get your cat fix!

Stunning view of the mountains from our room, so worth the extra 15 euros to change room. Very close to Naturland and the Tobotronc and a 10 min drive into Andorra. Hotel was very comfortable and beautiful furnishings with a great pool and facilities and very quiet. However the drinks and food was very expensive and the food wasn't that great there, it was okay but just very overpriced and it would have been cheaper to eat out for sure. Staff nice and accomodating. Met a very friendly cat there as well. Really lovely stay all in all.

Really good location if you plan to go to activities such as naturlandia, jardins de juberri, among others. Rooms are spacious, access with keypad (very convenient). Seems like a small family hotel, price is good and breakfast could improve a bit, but don't get me wrong, it is good already. I enjoyed a lot

Excellent stay. Friendly staff, good English, nice rooms with great views both toward the mountains and towards the forest. I wish we had more time there to use the pool which has an incredible mountain view! Beautiful. The best part was of course that they were a cat friendly hotel. I saw a waiter checking on the cats and that is the main reason we will return. He really cared about the cats. We visited in summer beginning July 2018 and there were a few kittens. Comfortable enough with humans to let us hold them a little bit. There is a great children's play area. Table tennis and billiard with a cozy large lounge area with big screen. We did not have time for breakfast but I believe it comes with bubbles. You should ask about that. Free parking. Highly recommend.

Absolutely ignorant staff. They burnet the food and didn’t even listen to our complaints. Asked them to change the food but they keep insisting we should eat burnt burgers. We came here because of the name but now we regret it. Not recommending to anyone.

I don't really get why there are so many negative reviews? The hotel is perfectly fine. Its basic but clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast and right in the middle of St Julia.... the bus stop is right across from the hotel... as is the supermarket and a nice river walk. Staff are friendly and it was very cheap.

My short stay at this hotel was pleasant. The room was nice and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's a great option for a short visit, offering a pleasant atmosphere and good service.

Booked this place as it was advertised to be 60% off thinking it was worth the full value. The lobby was nice, but our room on the fourth floor was very out dated including the bathroom. The hallway smelled of strong cigarette odour. The mattress could have been harder and the overall look freshen up. However, we were very pleased with the breakfast buffet. Nice fresh food and the staff was constantly filling the platters. Good enough if you get a deal on the room with breakfast.
