Quiet place with super slow staff - it took us nearly 15 mon before they finally took our order, despite the place being almost empty. The food was then served quickly, and included: Goulash soup: awful stuff from a can that gives you heartburn Mixed salad: consisted only of iceberg lettuce Beer: Cold and good Summary: a quiet spot for a cold beer if you are not in a rush. Stay away from what they call "Goulash"

Great location with good views of the runway if you like that. They also have a smokers zone. Food wasn't that great but the service was good and the staff was very kind. Reasonably priced and a decent place for a quick bite.

Overpriced and frozen. We paid 26,80 euros for a frozen pizza, frozen veggie burger (the patty was frozen inside) and frozen fries. Everything looked and tasted like bought from a shop and baked/fried. Nothing about that food was culinary or homemade. The waiter should warn people if the food is made from frozen, and suggest something else if there is anything fresh. A big disappointment.

We decided to eat at this place while in transit through Vienna airport. We were quite happy with the strudels we got. The service was kind of slow, and it took quite a while for the waiter to take our order and process it.

I had the Wiener Schnitzel and it was great as well as the potatoes.

Been visiting the restaurant regularly for months now. Good to very good food, nice ambiente in general, we are usually also very happy with their service too. Until last week when we wanted to have lunch outside with my two little kids and a waitress we didn’t know from before, a quite tall blond lady, treated us very impolitely and was disrespectful. I was surprised and disappointed. Unfortunately, one such behaviour leaves a bitter „aftertaste”.

Castelletto Schwechat has become my favourite Saturday morning breakfast haunt! Friendly helpful staff, well portioned dishes and pleasant surroundings are ticked off here. Try the desserts. 😀

Not good service ¡¡ I book a spaghetti alla carbonara and the service boy Comme with spaghetti with scampi and say no! If you go in this maybe repeat 3 or 4 times the cook what you want.

It's a good hotel with a neat and comfortable room. We had booked this hotel for a night stay as we had an early morning flight and though it's very close to the airport. But later figured out that the airport is still 8 kms from this hotel and metro station is also not walkable with the luggage and family. So we had to take a cab to Airport which cost approx EUR 17. Hotel also provides the airport shuttle but that's also chargeable and shared and still costs about EUR 18. So sharing my experience so that you could accordingly book this.

It was absolutely beyond my expectations. Everything is as it is in the pictures. Nice, kind, and helpful staff, convenient parking, and a really good breakfast. The hotel is very clean and has really good value for money. It does not want to be more or show more than it can offer, but what it offers fulfills. Exactly what I needed.

Our room is above the restaurant on the second floor. There is a group of people celebrating something in the restaurant. I have nothing against it, but we didn't expect it. It is imposible to sleep.

We had an awful experience at this hotel. It started with the fact that our room was not cleaned properly ( there was trash in the trash can and hair in the towels). At night ( 11PM to be precise) someone was trying to open our room door multiple times. It got to the point that we couldn't sleep at all. We tried to contact reception, to no avail. In the morning, I went to speak to the receptionist about the situation and his answer was I quote: "I see, it happens sometimes, and we normally don't have a 24h receptionist on call". I felt disregarded to say the least. Never again!!!

Let's start with that, that they offer parking near airport Vienna. I just wanted to know some information about the reservation, so i wrote an email. 1 month ago nobody replied. So i decided to call, and the person at the phone told me that they dont have parking. I wanted to ask about May (so i still have 3 months) the person folded the phone. Very nice Chinese restaurant, the building remember a bit on a ex MCDONALD restaurant but the food is much better and service is great. I like it and it is not far to the airport.

One of the best place I can offer to people who loves kind of asian foods. Taste very well.

Very friendly and fast service. Good size portions and very ok price. Good selection for vegetarians also.

Lunch box is very good deal, tasty and enough. The staff was kind. Price is totally okay.

Basic & Good Food, little bit over priced

Food quality of this local food style restaurant is very good. The Wiener Schnitzel I had was very thin and well cooked. Additionally, I had a bullion (Frittatensuppe) as a starter which was very tasty as well. Bottomline, clear recommendation.

Ribs were great, and the sausage wrapped in bacon was amazing. The waiter was impatient and spoke only German.

14 July 2023 5 stars isn't enough!!! With regard to Wolfgang Puck's restaurant at the airport-we experienced EXEMPLARY food, service and atmosphere. Due to multiple delayed and cancelled flights, we were comped food vouchers and this restaurant came highly recommended. I loved that we could see the goings on in the kitchen without hearing the noise we typically hear in American restaurants. We ordered the Beef Goulash, Spaghetti Bolognese and Garden Vegetable Pizza, as well as Espresso Macchiato (my first!). All 3 dishes impressed us-prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. Our server was Dennis at the bar where we dined and he was amazing. His attention to detail and speedy service were outstanding. He was fast, efficient, and patient as we tried to figure out the dollar to euro conversion. He was conversational but not overbearing. The food was indescribably delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is excellent in all ways possible!

Our first meal in Vienna couldn’t be any better. A perfect schnitzel and tuna sandwich. It came fast, service was fast, they have restrooms inside the restaurant and it’s right at the arrivals waiting area.

Went in for dinner while waiting for arrivals, and got a spectacular experience! I chose the seasonal menu: summer salad, catfish tempura on seasonal veggies and orange panna cotta. Marcel, whom was my server that evening, left a great impression with his attentiveness and hospitality. For me, every visit to the vienna airport includes a stop here!

I've been to many "Famous Chef" owned restaurants and normally they disappoint me but not Wolfgang's restaurants. I've been to them in Florida and now here at the Vienna airport. Excellently prepared food, fresh, delicious and good portions. Prices were very reasonable considering it is the airport. My meal with beer, dessert and espresso was under 40€ and I am full. I will be back again.

A great place to eat at if you have a stop at the Vienna airport. Nice ambiance and very good food. Special note about the Apple Strudel - masterpiece. Very good service from the waiter Marcel

Yesterday before our flight we decided to go here for lunch. I've got the Signature Beef Burger with Curlyfries, and my family got a Margharita Pizza and Orange Juice. And I don't know if these are the normal prices for a burger in Austria, but for me It was VERY overpriced. I live in Czechia, and usually, the burgers are 2× cheaper. So yeah, for me It was overpriced. But if we are talking about the food, then I think it's kinda worth it. The Burger was really big and heavy. But I managed to eat it and It was pretty good. But to be honest, I've had better burgers than this one, and I still think it's overpriced . I really liked the sauce in this burger. Also, the Curlyfries were amazing. It was my first time trying it, and I loved it. It was super crispy, which I liked the most and really good. But the pizza was not good. It wasn't even salty, and It didn't have a taste. So that was a dissapoitment. Besides that, I want to compliment the Interier. It's really modern and pretty. But personally, I would say I recommend this restaurant. Just don't order Margharita....

Am always having a stop here for the delicious Tomato soup! Something light to continue the day. Food is delicious. Staff are kind and friendly. I like how they are opening conversations. Atmosphere is nice with planes view, and it’s even more comfortable to have the break on low chair/table .

Today, we experienced very rude behavior from one of your waiters. We waited for 25 minutes, from 17:00 to 17:25, and he did not approach us to take our food order. We had already closed the menu to signal that we were ready to order. When we finally requested his assistance, he promised to come but never did. Instead, he took orders from two other customers who arrived later. This left us feeling like we had encountered a unprofessional experience. The resturant was not busy so please don't say you are working on reducing service time like what you said to older google review comments. Desperate for service, we approached a younger waiter from another section closer to the kitchen, and he kindly brought our dinner. Later, when we wanted to order dessert, we asked the same rude waiter, as he was closer to us, to take our order, but he responded, "No, ask the other guy, as you did before!" We even inquired with the more courteous waiter about his colleague's behavior, but he remained silent and appeared ashamed. I am unsure how long this rude waiter has been with your restaurant, but I strongly believe that you should address such negative behavior for the sake of your establishment's reputation. Despite the disappointing service from this individual, I must mention that the food was excellent, and the other waiters were very pleasant. Thank you for taking the time to read this message, and I apologize for the one-star rating, which I give to your resturant only because of your only single very rude waiter. The incident occurred on September 3, 2023, at 19:15, and the transaction amount was 69.00 euros. Regarding the description of the rude waiter: He is approximately 185 cm tall and overweight. He was responsible for the back section, the area farthest from the kitchen and closer to the bar.

Lovely place for a pre-flight meal and drink! We enjoyed a very generously sized vegan sabich which was delicious! Plenty of drink options, including local beers on draught! Very welcoming and friendly staff too.

One if not the best airports I've been to. Security organised well with barely any waiting, everything is clean, free charging stations, great layout for gates and in general. Good restaurants and shops which seem local to Austria rather than copy and paste franchises.

It was a great restaurant overall. But there are some things to change in my opinion. Me personnaly i ordered a small spicy burger. It was great but it wasn't really small (that wasn't a problem look at the picture) but i ordered it spicy but it wasn't spicy. They gave us an additional pepper paste but it was not spicy at all. We were 6 and four of us ordered the burger. The last two (my parents) they ordered a soup and a chilli concarne. The soup was really good, but it wasn't a big portion. The chilli came with garlic bread, and it was delicius! I think an overall 4 is a really fair review! We will probably come back, if we have a chance. Thank you for the food ;)

I had really great experience there. Staff of restaurant was really nice and helpful. And about the place it's really good nice and clean. The way they decorated there restaurant was really attractive for me because it's kinda little different but I loved it.

A wonderful locale situated next to a lovely pond. The prices are a bit higher than average, but the food and drinks are astonishingly good. What makes this a supreme experience though, is the extraordinarily wonderful staff. This place comes highly recommended.

Really nice find close to the Vienna airport. Tasty beer, Schnitzel, and pretzels. Be sure to try the house hot sauce.

A very local beerhouse, with excellent food and beer - and excellent service. If you stop by, try the house' specialty ribs - you will not be disappointed in taste or in serving size either! The local light beer was excellent too!

I really like this place, it's close to the airport, it has its own atmosphere, it brews its own beer, the food is good, the meals are big, the service is good... even if I don't speak very good German, the staff is always nice and adapts to me. Definitely recommend.

One of the best McDonald's I have been to on route to somewhere. It's big, clean and well kept and the staff are friendly and very efficient. Outdoor sittings too and a little play area for kids. Best of all, free wifi like most McDonald's! 😊
